I tried it on 3 screens and it didn't work. The store replaced it, but the second one didn't work either. I wanted the adapter for home, but I also tried it at the office and still nothing. At the office, I tested the HDMI directly to make sure it wasn't the laptop's fault, and indeed it worked, so the adapter is to blame.
