I can't believe I paid so much money for a well-known and good company and in the end, the product turned out to be useless after just the first 2 uses. It was constantly leaking and producing minimal to no steam at all. I had to take it to the service center at least 3-4 times, but after each repair, the steamer was still doing the same thing. I was forced to send it for recycling. I was really disappointed because I really needed this product and also because I wasted so much money, which went completely to waste.

It's useless, it only emits a little steam with water, you have to hold it in your hand, considering throwing it away...

I don't use it at all because we didn't buy it. Tefal gave it as a gift along with an ironing system. I used it to "straighten" a jacket and some ironed clothes that had wrinkles in the closet. Not particularly effective, it takes time and sprays water on the clothes. I wouldn't dare to use it on delicate fabrics since it doesn't have temperature control. I don't know how much they sell it for, so I can't say if it's worth the money or not, but don't expect miracles. It's a small object that consumes electricity to heat a small metal surface and produce a little steam.

If you want it for suits and generally for jackets, it is perfect!!!! It saves me a cleaner and it is easy to do it myself!!!

The only use that I have found and really find useful so far is refreshing clothes that I haven't worn on a trip after quickly taking them out of the suitcase to put them back in the closet. As a frequent flyer, I find it useful. However, I wonder about someone who wrote that they take it with them on trips. I don't think someone who travels frequently is willing to add more weight to their suitcase, rather the opposite.
In conclusion, you won't lose anything if you skip it and you won't be particularly thrilled if you buy it. At best, you won't regret it.

Perfect clothes refreshment and more. It irons light fabrics perfectly with its steam only. It fully deserves its money after all, as its price is reasonable for what it offers.

It has really solved my hands! I use it at my job! It is ready for use in a very short time! The only disadvantage is that due to its size, it can only hold 200ml of water, so it needs constant refilling!

The most ideal solution for travel and more.. I save an incredible amount of time from my daily preparation for work. If I could combine special fragrances that are added to the water to leave a scent on the clothes, I would be 1000% satisfied with my choice!
