You can listen and also talk, you can set it to sound an alarm if it detects a person, it has a very good camera that you control through the app (left/right/up/down), as well as night mode (infrared).

Also, if you have pets, you can adjust how sensitive the camera is so it doesn't send you notifications easily.

The app allows you to control all TP-Link devices, so it's good if you want to create an ecosystem

As I live in a place that has frequent power outages (sometimes momentary and sometimes half an hour+), I needed it from the first day.

I have connected to it 1 PC, 1 monitor, the internet, and a power strip that has the speakers, a light, and chargers for mobile phones, etc.

In brief outages, I obviously don't notice anything, while in outages longer than half an hour, I simply shut down the PC after about 20 minutes to keep the internet running longer.

In a prolonged outage where only the internet was on, it lasted 6 hours.

I can say that it was the best choice I have made.
