Take your regular size, or even a larger one I would say .. I bought them twice .. The first time because the company makes wide shoes, I bought them in what I thought would fit me and finally I gave them away because as soon as you wash them they shrink and hurt you. Also, it is a very warm shoe and not suitable for high temperatures. Otherwise, it is very comfortable and lightweight. It's like walking on a cloud.

For me, it is a very good hairdryer! It doesn't frizz like before (and believe me, my hair frizzes a lot). It is a bit heavy but it doesn't bother me, and the 2m cable it has is enough for me! Perfect for its price!
