I have been using it for about a year (one capsule per day) - recommended by an orthopedic doctor - and it brings results. Compared to Solgar's No 7, I find it much better. If combined with exercise, the results are also better and faster. I have grade 4 osteoarthritis in my knee and now I can walk and exercise normally without any discomfort.

Some patience is needed at the beginning (at least one month without noticeable improvement). The problems for me are two: that it is expensive and that it needs to be accompanied by plenty of water (at least 1-2 glasses), otherwise after a while there may be stomach issues.

Personally, I take it for my eyes and find it extremely effective (dry eyes, computer stress, etc.)

Το χρησιμοποιώ (χρησιμοποιούσα) μόνο για ζεστό καφέ, και ο μισός χύνεται κατά την μεταφορά. Δεν γνωρίζω αν είναι αστοχία μόνο του δικού μου, αλλά η στεγανότητα είναι πολύ κακή στα ζεστά, από τα χειρότερα που έχω δοκιμάσει. Με τα μισά λεφτά βρίσκετε πολύ καλύτερο, κρίμα να δώσετε 20 ευρώ για μια καλή εμφάνιση, την οποία μάλιστα αποκτά αφού σκουπίσετε τα ζουμιά που διαρρέουν.
