Prefer the genuine one. It doesn't have such a good fit and compared to the authentic one, it doesn't hold the dust as well. Spend an extra 3-4€ and get the genuine one!

After three uses, the nozzle got clogged and I have to loosen it every time to get the cream out. Otherwise, a decent cream for its price.

Like all digital thermometers, it has a deviation in measurement. It must be in the same room where the measurement will be taken for at least 10 minutes and the forehead should not be sweaty (usually when you have a high fever, you sweat and it doesn't give an accurate measurement). I also have the Microlife one and they give almost the same measurements. In general, it's worth it if you find it for around €25, otherwise I don't think so.
