The serious disadvantages of it:
The mechanisms for the keyboard shelf and the shelf above the 2 left drawers are useless.
Replace them with better quality ones for 1 euro! The drawer mechanisms are okay.

The mechanism on the keyboard shelf broke in a week. I plan to replace this shelf with a large pencil case for small items. It is useless anyway as it hits my knees. In the photo, one of the 4 screws (2 on each side) that support the shelf is shown. Completely unacceptable.

The useful depth of the drawers is 28.4cm (not enough for A4 size) while it could be 40! There is unused space of 15cm BEHIND the drawers. I plan to make new drawers and attach the existing fronts to maintain the design. I will come back with photos.

On the right side, the space for the computer does not fit a midi tower, but it has an opening for cables to pass through. There is a missing hole in the back of the desk where the PC goes to make it more functional. There is a hole, but it is in the exact upper part and you have to pass the cables to the open side on the back left.

The depth of the desk does not leave much room and it is necessary to use an arm to prevent the screen from touching the surface.

The black color is the worst for dust.

One plus: It does not have sides in the section below the surface (where the legs are) and if you place it next to a bed, you do not need a nightstand!

I am coming back with the upgrade I made to the desk to make it more functional:

1) I decided to put one of the old small drawers on top since I use the printer shelf more for papers and the space above it was unused. I placed it more inward to match aesthetically. Photo 1

2) I replaced the mechanisms for the printer shelf, although I had to cut 4mm from the width of the shelf to fit the overall width with the new mechanisms. They need to be spray painted black because they stand out. Photo 2

3) The keyboard shelf was abolished and replaced with a lower one for pencils, small tools, and other small items. Photo 3

4) I enlarged the two drawers in depth, although I couldn't find black melamine, but it doesn't bother me since the white material is only visible when the drawer is open. Photo 5

This camera, like all TP-LINK Tapo series cameras, is a commendable product with excellent value for money, but it should NOT be compared to cameras that are triple or quadruple the price and have AI (artificial intelligence) in human motion detection (e.g. Reolink & Eufy). The Tapo series cameras are for monitoring and not for security, despite having basic functions.

I have 3 cameras connected to a 50 Mbps VDSL and I have no problems with responsiveness or quality. If I am in a remote area and want to see what's happening, but the mobile signal is weak, it's not the cameras' fault.

In terms of night vision, the infrared lights reach up to 3 meters and not more. If you need to monitor a larger area, you can use an infrared flood light to improve the image. (Search for "Infrared Floodlights" on Skroutz and go to the CCTV Accessories section.)

One issue I had with night vision is that even if a mosquito flies by (I saw it flying in front of the camera through the app), it sends a notification even at medium sensitivity. Also, because I have a remotely controlled light installed in the same area, as soon as I turn it off, it sends a notification. Strangely, it doesn't do this when I turn it on, only when I turn it off.

The app (on an Android device) sometimes needs to be closed (with a swipe) and reopened because it experiences some glitches and shows the devices as offline.

A very positive aspect is that you can perform software updates on Tapo series devices through the app (remotely), and TP-Link takes care to frequently update its devices.

Αγόρασα το X3 (128GB) στις 11/11/20 θέλοντας να αλλάξω το εξαιρετικό LG G2 που είχα από το 2013 σαν κύρια συσκευή (δεν το άλλαζα με τίποτα κυρίως για τον ήχο του και την ποιότητα των φωτογραφιών αλλά πλέον δείχνει τα χρόνια του κυρίως με την έλλειψη της μπάντας 4G B20). Έχουν περάσει από τα χέρια μου πολλά apple/samsung/huawei αλλά μετά από αρκετή σκέψη πήγα με πολλούς ενδοιασμούς στην Xiaomi. Κρατούσα μικρό καλάθι που λένε.

Το κινητό το χρησιμοποιώ σαν εργαλείο δουλειάς, δεν το χρησιμοποιώ για παιχνίδια οπότε δεν μπορώ να έχω άποψη αλλά θα σταθώ σε 2 χαρακτηριστικά που δεν δίνει κανείς πολύ σημασία: τις Διπλότυπες Εφαρμογές και τον Δεύτερο Χώρο. Δεν ξέρω αν είναι χαρακτηριστικά σε όλο το οικοσύστημα της Xiaomi αλλά εμένα μου έλυσαν τα χέρια.

Οι Διπλότυπες Εφαρμογές σου επιτρέπουν να "εγκαταστήσεις" την ίδια εφαρμογή δύο φορές, πολύ σημαντικό για εφαρμογές που απαιτούν login και πρέπει να βάζεις κωδικούς κάθε φορά που θέλεις να αλλάξεις χρήστη.

Το επόμενο χαρακτηριστικό είναι ο Δεύτερος Χώρος που ουσιαστικά είναι μια δεύτερη συσκευή! Μπορείς να έχεις 2 κινητά σε ένα! Δεν μιλάω για dual sim. Ο δεύτερος χώρος είναι απομονωμένος από τον κύριο χώρο, μπορεί να έχει δικές του ρυθμίσεις, εφαρμογές, μια άλλη συσκευή! Εναλλάσεται με κωδικό, μπορεί να είναι κρυφός (δώσε στο ταίρι σου το κινητό σου άφοβα και άσ'τον/την να ψάχνει...) και υποστηρίζονται ΚΑΙ εκεί οι διπλότυπες εφαρμογές. Επίσης μέσω του fingerprint reader μπορείς να ξεκλειδώνεις το κινητό σε έναν από τους δύο χώρους ανάλογα με το δάχτυλο που χρησιμοποιείς.

Άλλες ευχάριστες εκπλήξεις ήταν η καθαρότητα του ήχου στις κλήσεις και την μουσική, η δυνατή ένταση και με το πέρασμα gcam οι φωτό είναι μαγεία.

Αν πρέπει κάτι να βρω για να γκρινιάξω θα έλεγα το βάρος τους αλλά αυτό είναι ένας συμβιβασμός για την μεγάλη αυτονομία που έχει.

Ο χρόνος θα δείξει αν θα αντέξει...

I bought it for the village where I don't have a telephone and I was using my mobile and 4G. The neighbor - bless his soul - gave me his password and I connected to his router (neighbor-net!). Our houses are 20 meters apart and at different elevations. His house is old, made of stone with half a meter of external walls and no window facing my side.

On the tp-link website, it shows a line for the neighbor's WiFi (classic speedport from cosmote) but still, it connects! In my house, the signal from the repeater is strong on all my devices: 3 mobile phones, 1 laptop, 2 tablets, AND a VoIP phone connected to the tp-link's ethernet port! I have a landline without a line! Athens number 210-xxxxxxx in the village! Wonderful!

The small problem I encountered is that when the neighbor's speedport disconnects (which is common in the area), I have to unplug the tp-link from the socket and plug it back in because it takes a LONG time to reconnect without intervention. I put it on a power strip and turn the switch on and off.

For its price, it is definitely worth it and more.
