-Update 7/2/22 We sent the vacuum cleaner to the service center 3 times, once because it couldn't read the water tank and therefore couldn't enter mopping mode, and twice because it lost its position on the map and kept getting disoriented inside the house, resulting in frequent resetting of the map and remapping. Fortunately, the store agreed to replace it for us within the warranty.
