I have been using it for over a year and leaving it on all night. The skin is very soft and well hydrated in the morning. Especially on days when I have intense dryness and itching, it helps soothe my skin and moisturize it. Since I am 35+ years old, I don't know if it has anti-aging effects, as I don't have any significant problems yet and I use it preventively.
