The chair is very good, however, it came with some small damages which are not due to poor transportation. The support mechanism has a crack in the plastic, and the metal component that connects the chair with the shock absorber has minor scratches. The screws are poorly made, but it does not affect the functionality, at least I believe so. However, it is unacceptable for such an expensive product and brand to lack basic quality control. I am sure they would have noticed it if they had paid attention. The packaging was incredibly well done, with all the components inside a second box with foam everywhere, which rules out any mishandling. The truth is, I got really upset and would have returned it directly to the factory if it didn't weigh 36 kilograms. I sent them photos and described the situation along with my frustration, and they agreed to replace the components, but I refused due to the weight and the process. I wouldn't have a chair for a while. I recommend caution when purchasing, although even so, no one can deny that it is an excellent chair!! I am attaching photos for anyone interested. The truth is, they don't bother me, I just think it would be good for someone considering buying it to know what they might face
