So I went to take advantage of the 390€ Samsung Galaxy s21 fe deal to give my Samsung Galaxy s8 a break after 5 demanding years of use. And after a few days, I discovered that not only are these 2 phones not equal, but the s21 falls behind in most areas. Specifically, the s21 is better with a significant difference in the "useless" selfie camera and speakers. Slightly better in processor speed (we're talking about a processor that has worked hard for 5 years) and network speeds ONLY with 5g. But it is much worse in screen resolution and color accuracy (QFD with 2960×1440 for the 5-year-old s8...), network speed without 5g (which is very likely to not have 5g in outdoor areas). For example, in a tavern in Artemida where the s8 had moderate internet and network signal, the s21 of course did not catch anything from the internet, but also did not even have a signal to make an emergency call. All of this in 2023...Extra features of the s21 compared to the s8: It does not have expandable memory and a Jack port, and in the box there were no headphones, only a type c to type c cable (to give 30 euros for Samsung's fast charger). In addition, you discover other disadvantages such as the smart unlock with your smartwatch that works perfectly on the s8, but sometimes on the s21 it doesn't work and asks you to enter the pattern or unlock code. So the s21 goes as a gift to my wife and I return to what was once a real flagship of Samsung.

I was looking for an affordable headset for wired connection to the Xbox Series S controller. I should note that the comparison was made with the basic factory headphones from my mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy S8). If we talk about output in simple stereo with full volume, you can't hear satisfactorily, especially in FPS games. Then I activated Dolby Atmos and after turning everything up, the volume improved quite a bit, especially the bass is at a very good level. But the sound quality for someone who didn't have high demands is at a mediocre level. The comparison with the basic headphones from my mobile phone, apart from the bass which indeed dominates there, is like day and night. I endured 2 days of gaming and I have already put them up for sale. In terms of quality, the headphones are indeed very good and they seem like they will last for many years. I can't understand the other 5-star reviews, unless those headphones that Samsung gave as a gift a few years ago with the purchase of the S8 are now of such good quality. However, reviews on YouTube confirm in comments and other users that I mention.
