Amazing base, I have it for over two years with two 27-inch monitors. The only negative is that if you want to have the monitors quite far back, there needs to be empty space between the back of the desk and the wall, as the arms protrude. Other than that, sturdy construction, adjustable, doesn't wobble once you set it up.

It should secure with a screw and a bolt, it doesn't remain stable during movement. It will hold, but what it replaced and I had for a decade was much more stable, with double front and back wheels, metal stops with thick springs, and much harder but at the same time with the elasticity it needs. Expensive, mediocre features for this product.
