I got the washing machine as a gift for my wife, I had read some reviews, some good and some not so good. We have had it for 3 years and it is one of the best purchases we have made. Firstly, I should mention that there are 2 adults and 1 child in our household, and we live on an island where we have a water filter for such appliances. We always use the special salt that softens the water and protects against salts, as well as 3-in-1 tablets. Initially, we used it for dishes and glasses, then I wanted to see how it works with tough stains, so we put a large baking tray from a regular oven filled with grease and dried grease on the edges, and we were amazed. The program we generally use for tough stains is at 65 degrees for 1.5 hours. It is amazing. It can fit 2 pots or 2 small baking trays on top, and a large one on the bottom. I have even put a pot and a Thermomix bowl in the bottom rack. As for the drying, which I had read about, it is understandable that when you put upside-down dishes or glasses or cups with some concavity, water will stand, but when we use it, everything comes out dry. No rust, no servicing, nothing. Good washes.
