This specific toaster cannot toast toast... even when the bread is burnt, it will not be crispy!!! If you like KENWOOD, forget about crispy toast and enjoy boiled toast with a hard crust!!! It is truly inexplicable how poorly it toasts toast. Otherwise, as others say: zero quality and temperature selection is random!!!
