Assembly is easy and quick, and the hooks on the backboard make it convenient if you don't want a more permanent setup, without drilling and damage to walls and furniture. The ball included in the package is nothing special.

This particular one (Glider) is not the original; it is a more modern version, a bit "softer" and closer to contemporary balls. Good quality, careful stitching, correct weight, rain-resistant, ideal for play or to enrich a collection. Very good price as well.

The head is full size (8oz = 227gr). Don't think it's some small hammer. The handle has a rubber coating for better grip. Overall very good for the price.
