I got it for my mother, who listens to a lot of radio and so that I can write her some CDs with her favorite songs.

Amazing, I walked in the snow-covered mountains, they didn't let anything through and I came out perfectly dry on my feet.

Apart from being beautiful in blue, they are also the most comfortable headphones I have ever worn. I even forget that I'm wearing them and speak for 4-5 hours a day. As for the sound, others have said it too...even with wind and noise, I can hear and be heard clearly. Update: I tried them with a helmet and with putting them on and taking them off, they didn't even budge...just requires some gentle movements... Also, if you listen to music at full volume, due to their design, they don't completely go inside the ear, so it can be heard slightly by those around you...at lower volumes, there's no sound leakage...tested it even at work today for a little while :P
