It creates fantastic layering with my body creams and perfumes, it matches with everything (white musk/caudalie au de vigne /prada infusion d'iris / bvlgari omnia crystalline). It gives amazing shine to the hair, it is perfect even after straightening the hair, it gives shine to the strands and doesn't make the hair frizzy.

The packaging is mini and the pretzels are small, so it takes a lot of discipline to eat the allowed quantity for the day (only 4 pieces in the Phase 2 and only in PV)
