After replacing the first product that didn't work, I received this specific product which is broken at the button that needs to be pressed for it to function. It seems that the store is not to blame since this is the second heater that has arrived broken. With a small fix, it works, so I decided to keep it because it seems to be good (as long as it lasts, since the signs indicate poor construction or I was just unlucky)
