Very bad experience with the App, I never managed to connect it to my phone even though I have enough experience with electronic devices. Also, after 5 months of use, the washing machine completely broke down, possibly the motor or the circuit board. At first, they didn't cover it under warranty because the device was located in the workplace and they judged that I supposedly used it for professional use, even though it is intended for household use. Something that, of course, was not true as I only used it for a maximum of 4 washes per week with towels, as can happen in any household. Finally, after pressure, they agreed to compensate me, they deemed the washing machine to have irreparable damage and ultimately refunded me the full amount. I may have been unlucky and stumbled upon a faulty model, but I would not recommend this specific company after all this, and I also would not recommend buying a 2-in-1 device, meaning a washer-dryer combo. For the store, I ended up buying a separate Washing Machine - Dryer, as in practice it proved that a device that does both cannot withstand even a few months. After researching, I ended up with the brands LG and Bosch, which are considered durable over time and also offer value for money, in the more expensive models above €550
