Very good technical t-shirt with good fabric quality. The fit is regular to slim, without being too tight. It does a very good job in wicking away sweat. The only downside is that it has many small holes in the fabric for breathability, which change its texture from that of the photo and may bother some people.

Good electrolyte with a good dosage for hydration. The taste is a light lemon flavor with stevia, nothing special but not unpleasant either. It does not contain artificial sweeteners like sucralose, which others have and are suspected to cause DNA damage according to recent studies. I sweat a lot in the summer and some days I can drink 2 of these. When you drink it, it quenches your thirst more than water. The only drawback might be that it takes a little longer to dissolve, but it is not a significant disadvantage.

Δεν έχω βρει κάποια άλλη μέχρι στιγμής που να δημιουργεί καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα από αυτή και μεγάλο μέρος του αποτελέσματος μένει μετά από διακοπή της χρήσης.
