In terms of taste, it is what you would expect, since it is flavorless. However, it has two major negatives. First, it contains sweeteners even though it has no flavor, and second, it does not dissolve at all in a shaker. I have shaken it for 10 consecutive minutes in a shaker with a mesh and it still has clumps. Many clumps, in fact. Half of it will dissolve and half will remain clumps no matter what you do. I didn't try it in a blender, but I assume it would dissolve completely there. Also, it requires a lot of water because it turns into something like cement.

It makes much more foam than the corresponding milk products of the company. Also, the taste is like drinking synthetic juice from those that come in powder packets and you dilute them with water. The packaging has a scoop inside. I don't know if I would recommend it to those who can just take whey protein.

First, let me clarify that this is not just a protein, as it is written in its name. It is a meal. It has some carbohydrates and a bit of fat and plenty of fiber. Following the proportions on the package and mixing it with water, we get a very thick liquid that resembles oatmeal with milk.
It contains pieces of strawberry and puffed rice and somewhat resembles a low-quality breakfast oatmeal with other cereals. The strawberry flavor is not nice and is only saved by the pieces of strawberry. When I say saved, I mean it is just tolerable. However, the texture is terrible. Much worse than oatmeal porridge.
It has a good source of protein for a fasting option and is cheap, but that's where the positives end. I'm not dreaming. Vegetarian proteins cannot be compared in taste to whey, but even so, compared to other plant proteins I have tried, it is barely tolerable. Or it might be barely acceptable. I will finish the bag, but I won't buy this protein meal again. And I am a foodie who appreciates every flavor and doesn't easily say that something is not tasty.
