I am really disappointed with this particular brand. I have bought various models from it over time and something always happens. They are comfortable, you forget you're wearing them, and the sound is decent, but after less than a year of use, they constantly disconnect multiple times, even during calls, making them essentially useless.
Bought it in 2018, daily use for many hours, works like the first day. It was worth the money. If it ever breaks, I will buy it again. The case for wireless charging is necessary.
As soon as I put it in my bag, the part that goes inside the ear broke within a week, so I used it for a long time, 2+ years, without that part, but the sound was amazing due to the powerful speaker. Very comfortable to wear, but it's a bit difficult if you wear a mask or glasses.
Nice design, but it needs to be taken care of and treated like a piece of jewelry on the phone. Not my case.
The battery has a much shorter lifespan than stated.
The huge part with the microphone is not convenient, and lately, people can't hear me when I speak, so the device has reached its end...

The headphones are fantastic! They are worth the money! Yes, the battery doesn't last when you talk on the phone all day, every day. Combine it with the Voyager 5200 charge case. You store the headphones in the case, it charges them, and it stops automatically. During charging, it doesn't disconnect from the mobile.
I bought it because of the good reviews I read here. And indeed, the sound quality is very good. However, it is not convenient when wearing glasses, as it does not fit with one hand, but the most important thing is that while it connected a few times, it stopped connecting with the iPhone 12. Later on, I discovered that many iPhone users have the same problem. So don't waste your money, look for another headset

On the 3rd day, the ear cushion that goes into the ear was cut, after 3 months it broke right above the hearing aid, simply by removing it from the ear. Battery lasts for 2 days with normal use, on the third day it doesn't work, sound quality is very good. It is big, not discreet at all, but relatively comfortable. It has nothing to do with the previous explorer55 that lasted for 6 years. For its price, it's not worth it, of course I wouldn't buy it again
I am a loyal customer!! I have bought 6 so far! I have placed them in the company's telephone center so that we can all use them, and because they are cordless, we can also have our mobile phones connected at the same time. It has been a great solution for us and it is the only one I have found that easily connects with Yealink landline phones! I won't change them!!!

I bought it in 2017, today it's 2023 and I can say that the battery, which used to have 6 hours of autonomy, now only lasts 5 hours when I turn it on, and these are not real... Battery duration was excellent for the first 3 years.
Not suitable for music or gaming.

If you find the version with the case, get it, as it protects it during transportation, while charging without the hassle of putting on and taking off the small elastic protective cover on the base.
The third pair of headphones I buy. Unfortunately, it turned out to be not durable even though it is excellent as headphones. The plastic part broke after using them and of course I threw them away a month after buying them.
Unfortunately, after using it for just three months and using it three times, no device can see it anymore! It became invisible and I threw it away! Money wasted...
I'm back after two months of use! I can no longer live without it! I often touch my ear to make sure I didn't lose it! The capsule doesn't need to go inside the ear canal, luckily because even though I don't hear very well, the volume is beyond satisfactory and the sound is very rich! On the positive side, I have to say that there is nothing better than what I have tried, and believe me, I have tried a lot! For iPhone users with the earpiece, you can make a call directly through Siri in English (this requires you to enter at least one English word in each contact) and you can also accept or reject a call (it asks you) simply with a voice command. On the negative side, if you wear glasses, the fact that a huge thing passes behind your earlobe will make your life somewhat difficult, I say somewhat because in reality, I wear glasses and I don't notice it much. If you wear a mask, be careful when taking it off and also removing the earpiece because it gets tangled with the mask's strap and it will come off your ear. The adjustment varies depending on the size of people's ears, limited to three different sizes of silicone covers for the capsule, but it's not enough. Luckily, the capsule doesn't need to go inside the ear canal! For those who buy it and want to change the protective cover of the speaker capsule, know that it is a bayonet and that you need to press before turning to unlock it. The negative aspect is its size. It is huge! For its size, I expected more battery life. Although it informs you how much time is left and so far it hasn't left me uncovered. Overall, I don't regret a single moment that I bought it. It is the definition of "you get what you give"!
The best thing I have ever bought! I use it at work and the noise reduction is incredible, even on the motorcycle they can hear me as if I am talking on the phone, it can't get any better than this!
Maybe it is the best thing I have ever bought, very fast connection, very clear sound and you can't hear the noise from the environment on the other end.
Some serious problems, it is not worn with a mask and helmet, it pulls my ear forward, the buttons of the headset are in positions that are not easily pressed and if you find them, it turns brown when I talk to someone and I take it out of the ear it disconnects and then I have to go through the connection process, it probably has a sensor and when you take it out of the ear it disconnects so you can talk from your mobile phone, I think this is very wrong. However, it has very good sound. Meanwhile, I have also bought the Explores 55 and it is perfect, it has nothing negative, be careful the charger has an adapter that charges the headset, it is unique, if you lose it you will not find another one to buy.
I need to inform you that I am the owner of 4 (2 purchased, 2 replacements) Voyager Legends up until today, and today I received the 2nd replacement 5200. The last one was purchased for 98 euros in November 2021. Please note that once you purchase it, scan and keep the receipt in an email, for example.
All the models I had presented a specific problem with the battery, and my first Legend had an issue with the rubber casing on the curve nerve. That's why I had replacements. The 5200 started charging for less than 7 hours, and when it reached 3, I could hear myself with an electronic voice and through a well. However, it never disconnected like the old Legend. So, within the quarter, I requested a replacement, and to amaze you, DHL came for the Netherlands on Friday, and I had the new one on Tuesday... incredible service that also applies to the Legend. They are not repaired, they are replaced!
I think I can help in choosing one of the two and give an unbiased somewhat complete picture.
Charging via USB is a big issue because the magnetic on the Legend drives you crazy.
There is a big difference in speech compared to the Legend. Great clarity.
Also, a difference in connection range, 30 meters for the 5200, while 10 for the Legend. I received a call while in the car in the parking lot, and I was on the top floor of an apartment building.
Multipairing is problematic on the Legend, while it works perfectly on the 5200 (PC + smartphone).
Neither of the two is for music. It doesn't make sense with a single earpiece and low bass.
Both are impossible to fall out of the ear, unlike others.
Both have very high-quality materials. Among them, I would say the 5200 stands out in finesse.
The battery doesn't change in both.
The 5200 connects much faster.
The NFC contact, which doesn't exist in the Legend, is a matter of getting used to and not so much usefulness for me.
I have come into contact with people who had the 5200 at times, and they say that if you have the Legend, there is no need to switch to the 5200. I disagree because we are talking about a delicate machine made for professionals who desire the ultimate.
Certainly, the Legend is an excellent choice for a professional who will not speak in particularly noisy environments.
If you desire crystal clear sound quality, the microphones of the 5200 will surprise you.
I note that the fact that it doesn't fall out of the ear and that I can answer a call with just an "Answer" have saved me many times from accidents with the car.

Owner for a few days and I already put it aside.
It was bought for about 92 euros but it's not worth even half for many reasons.
In my opinion:
- it's really huge
- heavy & extremely uncomfortable no matter what ear cushion you use
- difficult to carry
- almost impossible to put on with one hand
- you have to rotate it from all sides and search for the right way to wear it
- if you wear sunglasses/prescription glasses, you have to take off the headset and put it back on
- it has high volume even at the lowest setting, to the point where I take it off to hear properly and everyone in the room can hear it too. So privacy with this when you have people around simply doesn't exist!
- it distorts your voice (lacks treble and midrange)
- it doesn't have a charging light! (?)
- mediocre battery. It lasts for 3-4 hours but okay
On the positive side (since I want to be as objective as possible)
+ sturdy construction with good materials
+ isolates ambient noise very well
I never thought I would write so much about a simple headset.
But I really don't know why I bought it and why they sell this thing;
Objectively, anyone who says it's great simply doesn't want to admit the mistake they made, and I'm one of them!
P.S. The Plantronics Explorer 110 that I had for 2 years and cost only 35 euros.. superior in class
but I can't find it available to buy 2-3!
This cord is hypersensitive and the battery is very small. I would say smaller than many other bt devices on the market. The noise cancellation is a joke. It categorically refuses to connect with many mobile phone brands. The silicone that makes up half of the bt body easily breaks or cuts at the point above the microphone or at the bend at the top where it sits on the ear.
If a button is lost? Forget it, throw it away, the company gentlemen will call you and get a new one. But sir, it's functional, only the pick/hang button is lost, it didn't break or damage the whole thing. It doesn't matter. Our company does not cover such repairs (of course insignificant to them). Therefore, please replace it with a new one. And if the same thing happens with this one? Well, you'll have to replace it with another one.
So, poor user of this device, cursed be the hour you chose to buy it, throw more coal in the stove because it burns quickly.
The service that some mentioned here as perfect, I call it RIDICULOUS, because when I contacted the responsible people for repairs, they told me to buy another one.
The warranty that this device supposedly has is completely useless since it only covers the removable part of the earpiece, which I can also buy from various stores WITHOUT the need for any so-called warranty.
The sound is relatively good, but most of my conversation partners complain that they constantly hear me from a distance, they hear muffled sounds.
You can't use it for music, of course, because it's only for voice.
The 7-hour talk time I find very low, considering that many other devices of the same type last at least 12 hours of non-stop talk. Charging it for such a small battery is time-consuming to the point of nausea.
The charging contact piece, a failed idea from Plantronics, is the worst I have ever seen. Instead of releasing it with micro USB or USB-C, etc., the gentlemen decided to stick a tiny piece that, if you lose it, will cost you a fortune in many cases.
I don't have much to say because I would need a book to write it all, I simply DO NOT recommend it for everyday use, because after a while, you will be pulling your hair out for no reason and crying over the money you wasted on this ridiculously expensive (without reason, of course, for what it offers as a device) so-called bt device.
Very high-quality product, it has perfect sound and environmental noise cancellation, as well as very good features. I would definitely buy Plantronics again for the top-notch support and warranty it provides.
However, compared to the cheaper model Plantronics Explorer 55 that I had before, it has a shorter battery life and is heavier. Additionally, I find it more difficult to position it in my ear with just one hand (usually I need both hands to put it on correctly), so it is less practical. However, the sound quality is clearly better!
Very good sound both during conversation and from mobile applications such as video. The microphone mute button is very helpful, as well as the quick connection to 2 devices.
I was a little disappointed... Yes, it has a great application, it is comfortable, with 3 sizes of earbuds, it connects without problems and isolates external noise satisfactorily. Also, the cap for the charging port is a very good move, to prevent it from collecting dirt.
But at this price, we cannot have the following:
- mediocre sound quality (only in calls, it is good with music), slightly electronic distortion
- average microphone quality that alters your articulation with noticeable difference
- average quality of plastic parts, they wear out very easily and quickly
There is a setting that can slightly improve the sound quality in calls. Download from their website https://www.poly.com/gb/en/support/downloads-apps/hub-desktop and connect the handsfree with USB. Then go to the menu in the top right corner, select Wireless, and find a setting for HD sound in calls. For some reason (maybe for better battery life), it is disabled by default. If you enable it, and disconnect the handsfree and restart it (open-close), the sound quality in calls improves slightly. However, the quality still remains low compared to the cost of the device.
However, with this setting enabled, you will not be able to have 6 hours of talk time with one charge, theoretically. In reality, depending on the operating conditions, it will last about 5 hours of talk time, even if you keep it closed when not in use.
Overall, it is a good product, yes. Value for money, definitely not.
Update 8 months after purchase: I don't know if I got a defective product or if the materials are cheap, but the cushioning pad inside the earbud's position to fit fell off by itself. Which means that until it is fixed, it is very easy for the earbud to come out and fall off as soon as I remove it. If we are going to use the warranty before it even expires, we should know not to choose this company again...
I expected better sound from the descriptions and reviews I had read. It's good but not excellent.
The mentioned battery life is not accurate unless you have the volume at the minimum and the phone is halfway. In practice, if you have it loud and move away from the phone, it lasts for about 5 hours.

It has not presented any problems.
There are no complaints from the callers.
It handles over 100 calls per day.

Transition to this specific model from the Plantronics Voyager 3200, because it was accidentally washed in the washing machine.
The main problem I had was that I would forget where I left the Bluetooth when I was moving around.

Compared to what I had until today, it is the first one by far. I bought the creative earbuds, you had to shout to communicate with a little noise. I tried the apple airpods, they were constantly in need of charging. Then I tried the Huawei am61, reliable but the interlocutor couldn't hear you well in noise. I think this particular one is number one in the Bluetooth headset category, by far.
Although I had been considering it for a while, I read my reviews and liked them, so I proceeded with the purchase.
At first glance, it is presentable although it appears large.
The placement in the ear is easy, no difficulty.

Very bulky and unattractive to the ear. The earpiece came off for the second time and got lost, so I'm using it without it now, resulting in it not fitting well and being bothersome. Such problems should have been solved!!!
