One out of the two has good sound relative to their price, but the other one has been buzzing since the first day and is for throwing away

A mediocre cheap solution! I replaced the factory ones because they got burned by the sun and were worn out, I installed these ones, in mediocre condition. The bass indeed doesn't say much, but overall, for a 3-way speaker and its price, everything is fine. Now let's see if they last over time.
