Sturdy construction, inspires safety but... the sliding mechanism got stuck in my hand while I was unlocking to leave! And some little balls popped out from inside and fortunately I saw them in my panic in the middle of the day, tired from work! It locks, it works, but when you unlock it, you have to be careful not to let the mechanism come out and lose the little balls inside because without them in the holes it won't lock afterwards...

Purchase 24/10 and today 05/12.

I will soon go to the store (well-known) to see what diagnosis they will give me. I am of course almost sure that they will refuse any exchange because they will claim that I started with the disc lock on and broke it and the only thing I will be able to tell them is that there are no signs of impact from the disc brake on it.

I feel like I threw away 125 euros... I am very sad.

EDIT: For clarification: initially the mechanism got stuck in my hand because I didn't remove the rubber reminder from the grip, so I unlocked it and the mechanical tension blew it apart!!! I mentioned this of course, I didn't hide it and the store, to its credit, changed it for a new one without much fuss.

4 years on a Beverly 300 and I have been frustrated starting with this lock 3 double plates and still holds up! Bought for 100 euros! Also, recently someone tried to steal it from under my house while they violated my handlebar and front lock (much cheaper).. this lock installed on my rear wheel saved my scooter! Top for the money and a sturdy lock! I consider it one of the best on the market!

Quality construction, but with a major flaw, the key comes out multiple times before the mechanism locks. As a result, it gets lost after a while...

Nice lock, good construction, but the key comes out without being fully locked in its base, resulting in me losing it. I don't know if I will prefer the same one because of this issue...

Sturdy construction inspires great security beast.. at the highest level of security, the only thing I don't like is that if you have a bike with spokes, it doesn't fit easily into the disc brake because it catches on the spokes from the side of the lock's back. But maybe there is no issue with other bikes with spokes. The bolt is thick and doesn't fit in disc brakes with small gaps (disc plate holes)
