The Neoline Plus 1103 ST UPS On-Line 3000VA 2700W with 4 Schuko Sockets by Tescom is a Tower UPS with 4 Schuko type sockets. Its operation is (VFI) On-Line/Double Conversion, which continuously provides power from its battery, protecting against voltage fluctuations and power outages. Its battery can last for 15 minutes at full load (when the connected devices draw the maximum current that the UPS can provide). It offers pure sine wave power, which is suitable for sensitive devices (e.g., medical equipment) and is preferred for devices with power supplies that have active PFC protection (e.g., computers).
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can

Noisy to the point of being prohibitive compared to the competition. Maximum disappointment... hasty purchase without proper research, I should have been more careful..
Within a month, it was giving errors and did not work in an office environment. Corresponding APC UPS units work flawlessly for years. Since it is under warranty, I will send it to service and will update on the progress.
Edit: It returned from service where it was covered. The warranty and now 1 month works well. If anything changes, I will update
Good reliable and keeps the loads during a reasonable time period, it has overload protection (it was activated at some point and I reset it) which you can restore using the front control buttons, the eco mode has a very small energy difference from the online mode and it is not worth losing the protection for a few watts of savings that the eco mode offers since it operates as a line interactive mode. The screen is not visually visible from all angles and the indicators are not visible under a wide viewing angle unless you look at it straight, it is energy efficient and has a power factor of 0.9 and the desired output voltage and frequency can be adjusted, but in order to change any parameter, the power supply to the loads must be interrupted and restored immediately afterwards, it has all the known protections, but it does not provide protection for weak lines (telephone, network, etc.) and it has a port for an extra module and extra functions.
Unfortunately, I had forgotten how much noise a UPS can make. For its price and features, it is excellent. But it feels like being in a factory. As for its durability, I don't know as I have only had it for 3 months.
This specific one lasted a little over a year, newly purchased and it blew up, smelled and caused a short circuit... I took it to a technician but we didn't figure it out.
An excellent product that offers 100% value for money. I have been using it for at least 3 years in CCTV applications, and it is definitely sufficient for advanced PC users.
Fan noise:
Reports of minor noise from the fan - which some find quite annoying - are exaggerated. The use of this particular model is not intended for placing it on the desk, next to the PC, let alone in the bedroom when your ear is "sensitive". It is a class above the well-known small Chinese machines, almost half the price. It is intended to be placed in an office on the floor, in the living room, in the control room, attic, etc.
Perhaps in our minds, the silent fan from the PC, especially in idle mode (low CPU usage), leads us to make the wrong comparison. Obviously, the diameter and air flow of these fans have no design relation to those of a UPS.
UPS maintenance:
No UPS can have the same backup time as the years of its usage pass. In theory, battery replacement should be done every 2 years. NEOLINE UPS units are designed so that you can easily replace the batteries without any special technical knowledge, as you can find the batteries easily in the market. Usually, the cheaper ones are thrown away after 2-3 years as they become useless.
This specific UPS was given to me as a gift. It was slightly used, the previous owner had only used it for 2 months. They gave it to me because they were leaving the country. I had it connected to a desktop and 3 laser printers, with the UPS being 1800W and the other machines being around 1500W to 1600W. There was a power outage for an hour and it saved me, as I was able to continue working on my computer uninterrupted for that hour. During the 2 months, I was in the next room and I heard some cracking sounds, realizing they were coming from the office. When I entered the room, there was smoke and the UPS was on fire. I want to note that all the machines were turned off. This incident happened at midnight, luckily I wasn't sleeping, you can imagine what I went through. I have had at least 20 UPSs in my hands and none of them gave me such a problem. To catch fire? The next day, I took it to an electrician and he opened it. What can I say, I saw cracked capacitors, melted circuit boards, completely useless. I know the person who gave it to me very well and they hadn't used it before giving it to me. Don't get it, it's completely useless, a waste of money, and it's not even cheap considering its price, but the quality of construction is very poor
UPS that is worth its money, one of the best value for money solutions I found on the internet. Because I needed some information regarding the equipment I wanted to support with the UPS, I called them by phone, their presales team was excellent, well-trained and willing to assist me. To the friend below who probably hasn't done much research on UPS in general, I want to point out that the fans are not disabled in any UPS and how On Line UPSs in general make noise, while Tescom is one of the quietest.
I bought two such UPSs from Kafkas, which are unacceptable. The fan works and makes a terrible noise without the ability to lower or turn off. I definitely do not recommend it, the noise is too much and I bought two! Stay away from this brand!
