For the first 3 days, I thought I wasted my money...
On the 4th day, magically, my foot stopped hurting, not completely but to a negligible degree...
They probably needed to mold to the shape of my sole...
So far, I've been saved!!! Of course, time will tell if I'm right.

I have been using these insoles for 5 months with military boots but in an office setting (uncle in Koroni!). The fact that they take up significant space in the boot, okay I knew that from the comments, it's true.. Also in terms of comfort, they are not very soft, and therefore I hoped that they would be more durable than others.. However, already from the first two months, the surface coating at the heel started to wear off (see photo) resulting in the material underneath, due to its roughness (like fine sandpaper), wearing out all my socks. Unfortunately, I threw away several good quality socks until I realized that it was due to the insole. I would not buy this product again.

If you know you will be going to the border, get 2 pairs and wear the second one halfway through your service. If you sprinkle a lot of powder in the boots, take them out and shake them once or twice a week so they don't harden.

I bought them for military boots, if you want to use them in shoes or sneakers it's a bit difficult because they are very thick in the back. They work very well in boots but in other shoes it's difficult, they don't fit easily. You definitely need to have a slightly larger size in both the boot and the shoes, otherwise they won't fit because their back part is like latex which will not be worn over time. The price is very good, 11.90 euros compared to some others I bought which are exactly the same, even the information written on the back, they just change the brand name and have them for over 15 euros

The original insoles were flat, without arch support, and caused fatigue quite quickly. With the use of these insoles, I can use these boots for hours without any issues, with much better control of movement and without feeling tired. In size 45 boots, I used size 43-44 insoles.
