In my experience, it is the poor version of the original. The lite has absolutely nothing to do with the original. In the original, besides the wonderful scent, it also gives me a wonderful result. To avoid misunderstandings when I say lite and original, both are from the same brand. However, I prefer the original. This one does nothing.

I didn't see any difference in my hair, which is curly, frizzy, and damaged from bleaching.

Amazing product with perfect scent, it doesn't make the hair greasy and doesn't weigh it down at all. I have been buying it regularly for years!!!
