Very good! Because it is very warm, especially the second level, it doesn't want direct contact with the skin and as my physiotherapist informed me, not more than 15-20 minutes on each spot. And not simultaneously with a patch or thermal cream. I start from the glutes - lower back - right shoulder blade - left shoulder blade, each spot for 20 minutes. Immediate relief, it helped me a lot with my lower back issue and long-term. I don't know if it is durable, I have been using it for about 1 month every day for quite a while, 2-3 times a day without any problem.

Did you find this review helpful?I had another heating pad, which I had bought about 15 years ago. It broke and I bought this one to replace it. I was not satisfied at all. On the highest setting, it is just lukewarm. On the lowest setting, it's like not having a heating pad at all. The lowest setting on the old one is the highest on the new one. Try another one that is 100 watts. This one with 60 watts does not do the job.

I also use it at night to warm up my feet while I sleep. It doesn't heat up as much as the traditional hot water heating pad, but it warms up enough and very quickly without the need to constantly boil water or burn myself. And its cable is quite long. One small downside is that the temperature controller is a bit big and can get tangled in the blanket and sheets or fall off the bed while I sleep.

I have had it for almost 3 years and it hasn't had any issues despite frequent use! It has 3 heat settings where 1 provides satisfactory heat while 3 can be considered quite hot. The fabric covering the heating pad is very soft and helps prevent your skin from getting burned, and it can also be removed for washing. I recommend not using it while wearing multiple layers of clothing as I don't know if it will satisfy you. In conclusion, it is a very good purchase at the price of 12.40 that I found it for, and it is definitely worth the money!
