The Spartan Carbon Skin from the company Shark is a full face helmet, which protects the entire head and jaw. For this reason, this type of helmet is considered the safest and most durable for both travel and city rides. It is made of Carbon, a durable and lightweight material with relatively high cost, mainly used in helmets specifically for racing. It fastens with a double d ring, type buckle also known as a ring. It is the safest and most reliable buckle, but both hands are needed to fasten it. The helmet has a European type "ECE 22.05" safety specification certification, which ensures that the helmet is tested for drop, impact, and object penetration. -HONDA VTR 1000F motorcycle.
-I had two ARAI helmets (Quantum, rx-7) in the past. In my mind, they were always the best I could choose. But now I had to get a new one...
After trying on many high-quality helmets in the 300+€ category, which didn't fit me well, I said let's try on the SHARK...It fit perfectly! Comparable to the ARAI helmets I used to wear.
It hasn't been long since I bought it.
I wear it both in the city and on the road. I tested it on a trip and in the rain.
The ventilation has impressed me. I felt it so intensely in my head for the first time! Real coolness when you ask for it. It circulates and exits through the permanent rear open vents.
The materials are excellent, the double-ring is the best. The view is very good.
It made a whistling sound that saddened me though. I adjusted the visor as needed with the screws it has, and now the helmet is quiet. Quiet in the sense that it doesn't make whistles and swirls, but only clean noise. Some have misunderstood things and think that there is a completely silent helmet in the literal sense. Gentlemen, there is no such thing! The ARAI RX-7 (which you pay a lot for) made whistling sounds to me...
During the process of removing the side cover of the visor (for its fine adjustment), I injured one of the three little ears it had and it didn't secure. Luckily, they had a spare (for free) and they helped me. So be careful...
Generally, I am a bit clumsy with things, but I always have the helmet with its hood, I don't casually touch it on the motorcycle (how many times have we heard a crash and the helmet sliding...). At some point, I hit it (inside its hood) on the door as I was getting out and a noise was heard (it wasn't good). Something happened to the air vent and it didn't stay in place. I did a very elegant trick, told it to the shop, and they said come fix it before the warranty expires.

After a year, I decided to review the helmet so that I have a well-documented opinion before I start commenting either positively or negatively. Ultimately, the negative impressions outweighed the positive ones for me, as the helmet initially had the classic problem with the air vent breaking after 2 months, but fortunately it was replaced under warranty (ironically, the seller was expecting it, but apparently forgot when it was time to sell it). Then, rashes started appearing at the slightest touch (literally), so the helmet is now covered in scratches. Over time, "gaps" started to form and noise started to pass through the helmet, becoming quite annoying. Lastly, it was my mistake regarding the size of the helmet, falling between 4 (XS) and 5 (S), my head was measured at 4.5 and although it was tighter, I chose the (XS) size.

In general, €350 may be an average price for a good helmet, but definitely not Carbon (I don't think it is, anyway!!! In the end, the aesthetic aspect is not worth more than your safety, so consider something more worthwhile.

I'm sorry that I didn't listen to my friend and bought the agv k6. It's incredibly noisy even at 80 kilometers per hour, you can't travel for more than half an hour without earplugs. The top ventilation broke on its own from the first week, resulting in constant air leakage. In the winter, I seal it with tape so that my head doesn't get cold. It looks great, but that's about it. I won't choose this brand again after wasting these 400 euros

In 3 months, the helmet noticeably loosened in terms of fit. After 1.5 years, the visor mechanism became loose (without me ever tampering with it) and the whole visor was creaking. When I removed the cap to tighten the mechanism, the cap broke in my hand as soon as it came off. Something similar happened on the other side, since then the noise was louder because the visor did not secure properly as it should have. The visor broke at the latch after 2.5 years, I should mention the small cracks that appeared around the pinlock on their own. Also, within 2.5 years, the entire mechanism of the top vent broke on its own, it simply disintegrated and the sun visor got stuck. Overall, I was not satisfied, I should also mention that I wore it daily.

I have had it for 4 years for use outside the city, it has fallen several times from places where I had it and the only thing it suffered was the breaking of the top air vent which protrudes a little, so it needs attention. The visor goes in and out easily for cleaning, just needs attention.. if you are careless, you will break it.
It comes with a pinlock for humidity and a carrying bag.
It is a quiet helmet, very lightweight (1290g in size M) and it also has glasses inside, it is spacious for either headphones or intercom and it also has space to wear extra sunglasses. It has been in the rain many times and not a single drop passed inside, the D-ring is classic and of good quality.
Overall, I only have good things to say about this helmet, I highly recommend it for use outside the city.. for inside or, it is true that because it is quiet, many times you don't hear motorcycles behind you or next to you, so it requires a little attention!
I had it on an MT-07 which is a naked bike and on a Tiger 1050, of course, on the 7 it had more noise, but still it was at normal levels.

The helmet is value for money. Inside the box, it comes with a tinted visor and pinlock. I am slightly bothered by the right ear because I have the intercom, before I put it on, I was fine. After 160 km/h, if you don't have your head straight, you can hear the wind quite a bit from the air vents.

I have had it for 4 years and I can say that I was not satisfied at all with the quality of the materials, as well as its aerodynamics. One year after purchasing it, the paint on the top of the helmet started to peel off right next to the lever for the tinted visor, and one and a half years after the purchase, the red button on the strap that ties around the neck broke.

In terms of aerodynamics, at low speeds, air enters from under the chin guard, causing discomfort in the eyes. And after 180 km/h, if you don't hold the helmet slightly lower, the visor opens slightly, maybe by one point, resulting in air entering and forcing you to keep your neck slightly pressed against your chest.

I had a Sark RSX before and I have also had AGV helmets in my hands, none of which had such problems.

UPDATE
Both visors cracked and broke at the same spot, which seems to be defective. The photos show the cracked paint, the button that was replaced with a screw, and the broken visors.

I cannot raise the visor that opens after 180 km/h for obvious reasons.

The helmet fits perfectly on my head, but if you don't want to be bothered by the air that comes up from the chin, you need to have the chin curtain open. Finally, because it was requested above, I have only ridden with this helmet for an additional 25,000 kilometers on rural roads and highways, and maybe 5,000 of those are in the city with a Yamaha Fazer 600

The helmet leaks water in the rain, I had to seal the vents as well as the stupid sliding thing for the sun visor which is not of the best quality. I will probably remove it.
It is noisy, without earplugs it is unbearable.
I struggle to adjust the arms of the glasses so that they don't bother me.
The double ring is annoying, especially with gloves.
Good paint quality.
Good padding but it takes a month of use for them to fit well on your head and cheeks.
In black carbon color, it gets hot in the summer.

I think that along with the review, everyone should also write about their background experience. I have been riding motorcycles for 18 years, the last 15 of which have been with superbikes and naked bikes. I have changed helmets, Caberg, IXS, MT, Nolan, HJC RPHA11 (which I was completely satisfied with). The AGV and Suomy helmets, no matter how much I tried them on, did not fit me well. This particular helmet is the first Shark helmet I have purchased, and if I didn't get this one, I would buy the HJC RPHA11 again. Simply put, the Shark helmet surpasses others in the same weight, 1330 grams, and has an internal sun visor with a very practical mechanism. In the package, it provides an extra external visor and pinlock, just like the HJC I had. Additionally, the Shark helmet is made of carbon. The interior is of very good quality, as well as the fasteners, ventilation, and paint. Now, as for the fit, it fits me perfectly. However, as I mentioned before, different brands fit different people due to their facial shape (oval, elongated, etc. I belong to the first category) and others do not. Therefore, I do not consider reviews about poor fit to have any basis, and I also do not understand why someone would buy a helmet that does not fit them properly... ????????. In terms of noise level, while riding an Aprilia Tuono 1000R Gen2, I have to say that it is even quieter than the RPHA11, which is already a fairly quiet helmet. Aerodynamically, it does not shake or create any noise.

In summary, this helmet is a helmet that is well above average in all aspects. I believe it is in the top category, and with so many extras, the fact that it is made of carbon, weighs only 1330 grams, and costs 350€, it may even be at a better price, it is the best choice you can make.

I have it for 2 years. Fantastic helmet. You forget that you are wearing it. At first, the noise seemed a bit strange to me (not loud though), but now I don't even notice it. Those who claim that it doesn't fit well or that they didn't choose the right size are either clueless or just complaining. The anti-fog mask is also fantastic, and if you need to wear glasses, it is designed so well that they don't bother you at all. There are no words needed for its beauty. The only downside is that it is sensitive to impacts, both the rear wings and the top air vent, so NEVER store it in the trunk.

The helmet is really top-notch, especially for the price. As a comparison measure for full-face helmets, I have two Shoei helmets (xr-1000 and xr-1100). It is lighter (a significant difference), has better ventilation, better visibility, and a top-notch sun visor. It also came with a free second tinted visor (which costs 70 euros for Shoei). As for the noise, yes, it makes a noise at 110-130. In the city, not at all. I never had a Shark helmet and I was really impressed.

Positives:
-lightweight helmet (1390gr)
-comfortable fit on the head
-comfortable fit for prescription glasses (feels like you're not wearing a helmet, they go on and off easily)
-impressive sun visor, making riding with the sun a breeze
-externally it may get warm when the sun hits it, but inside you don't feel anything
-very good insulation against the cold, keeping the head warm on cold days
-quick and easy application of the included Pinlock
-from the moment you wear it, you feel safe, something I didn't feel to this extent with my previous helmets

Negatives:
-produces a slight noise at high speeds, but nothing annoying
-maybe the price, but it's somewhat justified due to the carbon it's made of
-the double ring it has, but it's a matter of getting used to it until you learn to do it quickly

Is it worth it?
If your budget allows it and you want to invest in your safety, YES.

The helmet fit me perfectly! It feels like I'm not wearing anything at all. Additionally, the carbon fiber weave makes it exceptionally beautiful and lightweight.
