I bought this for one reason, and that was to replace my similar melisa device that I had. The only attachment I use is the small pointed wheel it has. It's terrible because it's not sharp enough and can't be used to clean around the nails without suffering, it hurts because it hits the skin around the nails. No comparison to what I had, it was perfect. Also, the on/off button is in a bad spot, as when you use the device, it constantly presses your finger right on that spot, causing it to constantly turn off. It has flaws. I should have returned it...
