Comments: Good morning. The product does not work with macOS. In its specifications, it clearly states that it supports macOS 10.5 and above. Prompted by instructions from the internet, I tried to upgrade the firmware of the product. That's when I realized that it is a 2017 product - revision A1 - now the D-link website mentions the product with revision A2. Besides macOS, it cannot be used on Windows 11 either. I was able to upgrade it to Windows 10 - the firmware only works in a Windows environment and I used Windows 10, with a lot of effort. In conclusion, I realize that it only works today on Windows 10 with tricks. IT IS NOT. AT ALL. PLUG & PLAY!!! It seems that the product is no longer supported (since 2017), and it does not do what it advertises. My desire is to have it replaced with something similar, in a reasonable time. If that is not possible, please believe me, I want my money back.

I use it with a Cosmote card, I didn't need to do anything to connect to the mobile network.
It includes a sim-micro-nano adapter.
No SD card is needed like some other models from other companies.
In areas with weak 4G+ signal (checking my phone), it reaches 10-20mbps up/down. In areas with good signal, it reaches 50mbps up/down with a 30ms delay, which is good. I think Cosmote or the band I connect to maxes out at 50mbps.

CAUTION. Firmware update is needed, which is quite strange (with CMD and it freezes the PC quite a bit from the running code, it requires patience and not spamming the buttons because it goes crazy). It's a quite makeshift process, I would like something easier/safer. Without the update, it didn't work when I plugged it into my modem's USB. It only worked on the computer with the installation of a program that is embedded in the USB. After the update, the computer no longer sees it as a USB device, it sees it as a regular LAN Adapter and instead of an extra program for control, it runs with 192 168 1 1 from the browser. After the update, it worked properly on my Asus RT AC86U with simplified installation procedures, without official support from the modem.
