I bought the exact same one from Lindl along with the whole set for 20 euros! Look for something similar with the same box and machine but with a different name and you might save money. My dog is a Springer Spaniel and I groom his ears, legs, and belly because when we go for walks he gets filled with burrs. Very satisfied, it's quiet thanks to the magnetic motor and very powerful! The blades are not razor sharp but it has strength and cuts! If you pay attention, there is no chance of cutting the dog anywhere.
We have a mini Maltese and we were late in grooming it, resulting in knots and tangles in its fur. The machine, without the plastic attachments (for hair length), shaves perfectly. The problem was that we wanted it to have a little hair, so we put on the first plastic guard, which got stuck a lot, and I want to believe that it was because its fur was tangled with knots and that's why it got stuck. After cutting several knots with scissors, it had no problem at all. It didn't get hot with a lot of operating time. The case is very good and convenient. I just didn't like that the case has the scissor frame inside without the scissors.
It is the best. We have had it for 4 years and it is like new, the dog is not afraid because it is not noisy. And we use it for the whole family for haircuts!!!
Very good machine!!! I trimmed 2 dogs full of knots that hadn't been groomed for over two years and I was extremely satisfied... !!! I recommend it at least for small dogs.
I wonder about the comments... After 2 haircuts, it got clogged and wouldn't cut... I sent it back and they replaced it with a new one, but still the same... It's not worth it, after all, a haircut machine below 100 euros.
I recently bought it and used it for the first time and I was thrilled! Powerful and effective! Neither I nor my Rose got tired because we finished quickly! I recommend it!!!
We groom our husky in 1.5 hours (because we have the dog in the apartment). Uniform trimming. Almost silent, doesn't scare the dog. With the previous machine we had, it took us 2 hours. This set looks very similar to the pet grooming set zoofari. (it's exactly the same packaging and accessories, only the zoofari set includes scissors, while the Bimar Hi Pet PTE1 has an empty slot for scissors under the comb). It lasted us 2 years with use every 3-4 months on two dogs, but because we didn't use oil, it started to not cut properly. We had bought that one for around 25 euros, while this one is around 50 euros. The machine in the Bimar Hi Pet PTE1 definitely has a difference from the other one, the blades seem more high-quality and the machine must be more powerful, as we finish grooming the same animal more quickly. It's a very good purchase! Just remember to apply the special oil to the blades after each trimming.
Over time, after a few cuts, the performance dropped, it got clogged up a lot, and it started making some noise, although it is generally quiet. I wouldn't recommend it for 55€. Plus, I found the same set and machine externally in a German supermarket chain for 20€
Quite a good package, the machine is of good quality, with low levels of noise (completely silent does not exist), it does not heat up and the rest of the accessories are very useful. After many machines I have purchased, I highly recommend it.
The grooming kit that accompanies the machine is complete and easy to transport! The machine was used on a large breed animal with long and dense fur. Without overheating or clogging the blades, the machine worked almost silently. Thus, the process and duration of grooming became a game. I highly recommend it. Very good quality and price ratio.
The machine cuts quite well whether with or without the dog having been bathed, but it struggles with tangles, it doesn't heat up almost at all, and it is completely silent. Overall, I recommend it and I believe it's worth the money compared to other ones that cost 40 euros
I had a lot of trouble with the haircut, it took me four hours to groom her (Maltese). I tried this machine and in half an hour we were done.... And something very important, the blade didn't heat up so I didn't have a problem waiting for it to cool down. I believe it's worth its money!!!!!!!
For the price, it is very good. Almost silent, not at all annoying for trimming around the ears. Quick trimming. Doesn't clog. Didn't overheat to the point where I had to stop trimming. Used on a Griffon-Canis dog with very fine, knot-free hair. I don't know about durability, it was the first use.
Quite a good machine. Quiet (very important for the dog's behavior during grooming) with complete packaging. Its performance is flawless. The accessories are of good quality. Of course, I have only used it twice so far, so I have no opinion on its durability.
