It supports the communication protocol SATA III that offers fast speeds and is compatible with the vast majority of motherboards.
For installation in a desktop computer, you will need a SATA III data cable and an available SATA port on the motherboard. You will also need an available power cable for a SATA device from the power supply. For installation in a laptop, no cables are needed and the SSD simply plugs into the SATA slot.

It was installed on a Turbox Laptop in order to replace a failed msata 30 GB that the manufacturer company had the failed idea to install, given that it couldn't perform Windows 10 updates due to lack of storage space. The laptop with 4 GB RAM and basic Intel Celeron processor, boots in 35 sec, has satisfactory storage space, fast read and write, Windows 10 updates without problems and overall very satisfactory performance for basic everyday use.
After two years without reservation about its reliability but with a 3-year warranty, I have installed it on my late 2009 MacBook. The machine, after upgrading the memory to 8GB, is perfect. It boots in no time and all the freezes in High Sierra OS have disappeared. Information-wise, it works fine up to Yosemite with 2GB of memory and a mechanical hard drive, but after that, you need an upgrade to keep up with the new technology.
It is a very good disk for its value. I replaced the Samsung HDD that I had in my laptop and it has made a huge difference in the speed at which it loads Windows and all my programs.
cheap and good, value for money
