With Blue LED technology, you can use it on almost any surface. It connects to the computer via a tiny wireless receiver. The 2 AA batteries it requires are included in the package.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Very nice ergonomic shape, the hand rests and it looks very high quality, the buttons are front and back, and the zoom is very practical. I would say it is equivalent to the Logitech MX Master in both feel and quality. It works perfectly on every surface I tried it on, thanks to the Blue LED, and I mainly use it on a glass transparent desk (finally without a mouse pad!).
It is very sturdy. Possibly slightly heavier than regular small wireless mice due to the 2 batteries (not something annoying, after all you don't lift the mouse to use it). A big positive is that it came with batteries in the package, and also the battery indicator.
It does make noise (I never considered the sound of a mouse to be loud, but okay, some people are interested in that). Personally, I find it very pleasant because I also have a mechanical keyboard.
I will come back regarding the reliability, durability, and battery life.
Conclusion: the best value for money, and if I didn't know, I would say it costs much more!
Update 9/9/21
The mouse is the best, I can't live without it, and since my parents saw it, they loved it and use it themselves, I'm planning to get another one!
The battery has dropped by 1/3 after 6 months, which is very positive!
After the first 24 hours with it, the experience is rather disappointing.
+++ positives
1. The build quality is satisfactory for its price.
2. It works on every surface I tried it on.
3. In the 4 meters I tested it on my HTPC, the receiver had no interruptions.
4. Wonderful feeling when rotating the completely silent scroll wheel.
--- negatives
1. Although the mouse, like my hand, is quite large, it was not comfortable to use. The curve is poorly designed and it strains the hand. Discomfort in the wrist started after 10 minutes of use.
2. The center of gravity is all towards the back, causing it to easily lift from the front during use and giving the sensation of holding a 5€ mouse.
3. The pointer accuracy is below average.
4. I would prefer the buttons to be a bit more silent.
I read that some people easily press the start button located below the thumb, but I did not encounter such a problem.
Those who compare it to the MX obviously have not held the MX in their hand.
Its price for what it offers should not be more than 15-17€.
Would I buy it again or recommend it? NO, under no circumstances.
Personally, I will keep it as a spare.
Quite a large size, requires a hand of a person 1.90 and above to feel comfortable.
Average accuracy.
It has a very convenient grip, but it is light and does not provide the perfect feel. The keys make noise, but I chose it for the extra buttons it has because they are useful for me
It is very good for its price. It copies the mx master well and I hope it has better build quality than the mx master 1st gen (which was unacceptable).
Positives: removable AA batteries, cheap, convenient shape if you like the mx master, works on many surfaces
Negatives: relatively light, the wheel does not switch from and to "free" scroll.
Very good for its price, but for some it doesn't fit well in the hand. For me, after a while of use, my thumb starts to hurt
Sturdy, but also very cumbersome especially in lateral movements.
Also, it quickly drains the batteries.
I had to buy another one, leaving this as a backup.
I would like it a bit heavier (just because I prefer heavier mice). Overall, the weight is fine. You can feel it, it's not cheaply made.
The keys sound a bit lower than usual. It's not silent, but it's not annoying either.
I bought this particular mouse based on the company's name and I had it for professional use. Its positives include good accuracy, but as for the negatives, I have the following to say: a) it consumes the two AA batteries quite quickly, b) towards the end of its life, it would freeze (no movement or clicks) and then resume after a while, c) the scroll wheel click works only in certain parts of the wheel, and finally d) after 1.5 years, the mouse has faded in the areas where it comes in contact with the palm. I would not recommend it.
I have bought 2! I am an architect and I have been using it on 2 PCs (work and home) for the last 5 years. AMAZING! Ideal for graphic designers or architects due to its size and weight. It fits perfectly under the palm without causing fatigue after hours of designing... The best!
I got it to try this form, based on the very good reviews here. It is quite comfortable to hold if you have a medium/large hand, but the position of the side buttons did not suit me particularly. The zoom should be in the front-back position, as they are usually used more frequently. As others have written, there is no possibility to change the use of the buttons, so if you can, take a closer look before deciding.
The construction looks good for its price, but the inner side is made of soft plastic, so it needs frequent cleaning.
Conclusion: I will get another one in the same style, with fewer buttons in a more classic layout, and the ability to customize.
It's great for its price. A common browsing mouse with excellent ergonomic design like Logitech MX Performance. For those who are not interested in a mouse with programmable buttons, absolute pixel accuracy in clicking and "balanced" movement, it is really great and worth it compared to anything else economically available in the market.
For anyone who wants a replacement for the MX, no, it will not cover them in any case. The buttons are not programmable, so it is not suitable for design software or specialized productive work.
I have it for 2 months. Very good response to pressing, the side buttons are very helpful, on-off that helps save battery. It seems sturdy construction but I have no intention of testing it. Immediate response on the mouse pad but also on the desk wood.
Wonderful mouse for its price, I believe. Excellent quality. It is definitely not on the level of Logitech's MX Master in my opinion, but at this price (~18-22€) someone can buy it blindly.
Regarding its size, I must say it is big - something that I personally like - and relatively lightweight. It takes 2 AA batteries and besides the left/right click, it has buttons for Zoom, forward/backward, Dpi, and Windows bar. It has the classic 2.4Ghz receiver. Stylish mouse overall, I had bought it as a gift for a friend and now I got one for myself. In general, Verbatim is a quality company.
Excellent overall. I agree with what has already been mentioned in the reviews. The average rating for build quality only goes for the fact that after a while, the verbatim logo on the top of the mouse faded away, a minor flaw of course. Other than that, no construction issues after 9 months of regular use. It is indeed somewhat large, but you get used to it after a while and all the buttons become useful.
Very good value for money and incredibly ergonomic, the hand grips very naturally on the curves of the mouse, it has a good weight for my taste and it has a good response on all surfaces
Extremely good value for money and more than decent construction, the keys are minimally noisy and it seems to have a durable build. I have been using it for about a month, every day, for many hours with hundreds, maybe even thousands, of left and right clicks. It didn't receive the 5th star because sometimes it seems to take a while to come back from stand by and occasionally loses the wireless connection momentarily. Definitely a very good choice, especially for people with large palms, and for me, a very honest replacement for the Logitech MX3 pro at a fraction of the price
Fast, accurate, very responsive to movements and button presses. Beautiful, ergonomic with a slightly deep groove in the thumb. In terms of materials, it is very sturdy. You can tell that you are getting a mouse and not some cheap Chinese knockoff.
Unfortunately, it turned out to be too big for me, resulting in improper support for my palm and fingers. My wrist started hurting after a few hours. Imagine that I have large female hands. Therefore, I understand that this is a mouse for large male hands.
For those of you who do not have large palms, avoid it, it's a waste of expectation, money, and result!
Amazing! I had a Microsoft for 15 years and when it broke, I got this one. I'm not on the computer all day, but it seems very ergonomic and comfortable. It remains to be seen if it is durable
For large hands, it is flawless. The best mouse ever.
update: It had some issues with water and sticking. After a while, it fixed itself for no reason. I continue to give it a 5/5
Before the time expired, the click of the wheel broke. While the wheel operates normally and the click can be heard when pressed, it does nothing.
Comfortable grip, instant response, convenient buttons, plus the Microsoft button and battery indicator.
It's not what you expect. The scroll seems a bit fake and if you hold it a little from the side it gives the feeling that it sticks somewhere.
After a long time of daily work, it is a decent everyday mouse.
I have had it for almost a month, I was looking for something similar to the MX MASTER but cheaper since I didn't have the money to buy the Logitech one and the truth is that I am very satisfied. It has a good fit in the palm. It's worth its money
Finally, a mouse for big palms. Use for office & design programs. Very good impressions in the first weeks
The mouse is for large palms (size 10+ for those who know) and the response of the buttons is quite good. I have had it for a while to see its durability. As for the thumb support, it is very good for several hours of work. I haven't tried it in games. The Windows button is also helpful. I intentionally tested it on a glass surface and it responds perfectly!
Very good mouse, heavy and sturdy, its scroll wheel is very good, beautiful and overall, after 6 months of use, I am very satisfied
Very comfortable, restful, and suitable for those with large palms.
Very good response from the keys and a fairly lightweight base for its size.
This specific mouse for those who want large mice is a tremendous value for money and gives you a very nice feeling.
Positive:
+ Full size
+ Extra buttons
+ Thumb rest & very convenient for the hand
+ Laser sensor
+ Battery indicator
Negative:
- The scroll wheel sometimes clicks instead of scrolling
It seems to be quite durable, it recently had a fall and it still works fine. I've had it for about 3 months, bought it for around €22, and I am very satisfied. However, it will take a little more time to give a final rating.
I am a designer (architect) and I have been using it for 8-9 months, as before I had the most expensive mouse from hp (40 euros) and it broke. This one costs half the price and is twice as durable. All the buttons work perfectly, silently, and it has so many that you won't need them all... If you have a large hand and struggle to find a sturdy, cheap, and large mouse, this is the choice for you!
Verified purchase
It is a decent mouse for everyday work.
