In the first 10 measurements everything was fine, but afterwards it didn't give accurate measurements except for weight. If it was only for weight measurement, I would have bought something else, and of course, cheaper.
The scale is beautiful. High-quality construction, accuracy in measurements, user-friendly. A button on/off designed to open with the big toe without bending or applying force. The buttons are very high-quality, as well as the screen. The body fat measurement is precise. One issue is that while it has a previous measurement, it only applies during the body fat measurement and not during the regular measurement. Another issue is that while the regular measurement shows 72 kilograms, the body fat measurement shows 700 grams to 1 kilogram more. This is because when doing the body fat measurement, you hold the screen in your hands and the screen weighs 300 grams. The screen is connected to the scale with a spiral cable that acts as a spring. The more you lift the screen, the more it stretches and weighs. Of course, this does not affect the body fat measurement. Therefore, someone should weigh themselves twice. Once with a regular measurement, where they will have a very accurate body weight measurement, and once with a body fat measurement, where the body weight is not taken into account.
I regret buying it... the weight measurement is fine, but if I only wanted weight measurement, I would have bought a scale for 20€ instead of 100€. Muscle mass and fat are all over the place. It shows me at 27% fat instead of the 21% measured by a dietitian, and in the abdominal area, it shows me at 5% instead of the 2% measured by a dietitian. I didn't expect decimal accuracy, but I expected it to be somewhat closer... The on/off button is also a bit ridiculous. I don't even use it anymore, it's just collecting dust.
Not at all satisfied. Its measurements are all over the place. When it shows weight loss, it increases body fat. Sometimes it shows a decrease in body fat, without it being visible in my clothes and measuring tape. I went back to my old analog scale until I find something more reliable. As for its negatives, the restart button (fake) and its memory that only keeps the last measurement. I do not recommend it.
Basically, there is a significant deviation per day while I did not have it the previous day. I consider that both the fat and the weight are very approximate
I bought it 8 years ago and it still works with the original batteries! It is good.
The most important thing it shows for your health is not the overall fat percentage, but the visceral fat! You need to lower this if you want to stay healthy for longer!
It works properly and it is very lightweight.
The build quality, especially the on/off button, is below my expectations, especially for a Japanese product.
Very good choice. It shows everything I need, weight, fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, metabolism, and it's not difficult to handle once you understand what you need to do
Excellent purchase that I have enjoyed. It provides weight, body fat, and muscle mass data immediately and quickly with exceptional accuracy. What it lacks is the ability to keep a history, as it only retains the immediately previous weighing in its memory. In the year 2022, it should store at least 30 per user in its memory. Compared to other scales that perform body fat analysis (such as my dietitian's), the percentage of muscle mass and fat are not correlated. However, for household use and monitoring each individual's progress, it is excellent value for money.
If there is something I would like, it is the ability to connect to a smartphone and upload measurements to the cloud. Apart from that, it is more accurate as long as you understand what you are doing (in body fat measurement, you should not have drunk any water in the past 3 hours) and even a 2 to 4% increase in cost, which may be observed, is not considered a fault at all.
Very good value for money, it is not a top-of-the-line product but for amateur use and for people who want to know muscle weight, fat, etc. it is a very good solution.
If you follow the instructions carefully, it produces accurate results.
It is not recommended for bodybuilders preparing for a competition as it uses electricity, and when you have such low body fat, the results are not accurate
It's worth every last euro. I had bought other ones in the past but none like this for the price. It only has one disadvantage, that everything is in English and for someone who doesn't know it well, it's an issue. But as far as measurement goes, it's impeccable in quality, perfect in construction, and top-notch in appearance. I hope I helped, I will come back in the future with more observations
The only disadvantage I can mention about this scale is that its manual is in English and other languages, but not in Greek. However, this is an easily solvable problem as you can find it on the internet and download it.
I mention the manual because it is very important to read and understand the theory behind the measurements. I say this because before buying it, I read some baseless negative comments.
The scale is excellent and very reliable. It has repeatability in its measurements when they are taken during the same time period and under the same conditions. In fact, someone can draw many conclusions about their metabolism by taking multiple daily measurements (four as recommended by the manual) and help their body lose or maintain weight in the right way.
The scale self-calibrates every time we weigh ourselves. I compared it with other calibrated scales regarding weight and it is absolutely accurate. It is good to have it in a stable location and not move it from there. For measuring body fat or muscle mass, it uses electrodes on both the hands and feet, which shows that it takes into account water concentration during the day (detailed in the instructions). I highly recommend it.

In a few words, I would like to say about this scale as a bodybuilder and athlete that I bought it to monitor my body fat during competition season and beyond, and the scale shows whatever it wants, but it shows one thing the first time you step on it and another thing the second time with a huge discrepancy... WORST PURCHASE EVER
DO NOT BUY IT, IT SHOWS WHATEVER IT WANTS...
Very good build quality. The measurements of body fat, muscle mass, and visceral fat are extremely accurate if the instructions are followed. It is truly a great help for anyone on a diet or doing intense workouts. And the price is reasonable.
I would like to add (after 5 years of use) that what other users write in their reviews is true. The measurements are not always the same and there is a range of values that depends heavily on the body's hydration level. I have been using it for 5 years now and I know when... it deceives me!
For example, in the summer, when I generally have less fluids and I am more dehydrated, it shows my body fat as 11% while in the winter it shows 14%. For many, this difference in measurements is unacceptable, but all indirect measurements have fluctuations even within the same day. I do not consider this a problem. Generally, I understand when I am retaining fluids, and even if I measure the folds of my skin with a caliper, there is a difference depending on my diet, fluids, and salt intake. The measurement changes if I measure myself after a workout or a run. The scale calculates body fat indirectly and therefore gets confused depending on the body's fluids since it calculates muscle mass and fat in combination. So whenever it shows lower fat, it increases muscle mass and vice versa. This is, of course, a matter of inaccuracy, but with a deviation of 2-4%, I do not consider it unacceptable.
However, the scale is used in the long term. When I started, I had 37% body fat (+/-4%) and now it's 12% (+/-3%).
So it does its job. I know where I stand! If anyone is looking for greater accuracy than this, please let me know! I also get body fat measurements done by professionals once a year, and they coincide with my scale's measurements. One issue is that if you are overweight and lose weight, then the skinfold measurement shows inaccuracies as there is excess skin. Ultimately, there is no absolutely reliable method, but the average guides you in the long term.
The most accurate measurement, however, is ONLY DONE IN THE MORNING after waking up and using the bathroom. Getting on the scale 3-4 times a day at different times, of course, gives different results and you don't know which one to believe. The low or the high? Haha... whichever is convenient?
Things and measurements take time, not hours!
