I bought Beteno once from a local store. Without being hit, stepped on, dropped, or any other damage whatsoever, they stopped working in a week. With great difficulty, I exchanged them at the store for a second pair, which again broke in about a week. I contacted China, the company, and they explained to me that they are a small company and cannot send me another pair or ask for compensation for the ones that broke.

I would not buy them again unless they give them to me for free.
