It's great. I am very satisfied. I have drilled walls and wood without any issues. The only complaint is that although it has a huge range of tips, they are all loose. If it had a case for them, it would be perfect for the price.
I really don't know if I am so lucky but the machine is incredible.. I have it for 3 years.. it hasn't had any issues and I have used it to death.. I have drilled millions of holes in anything one can imagine.. from wood to iron and concrete.. it doesn't get stuck anywhere.. it's powerful.. the battery lasts incredibly long.. it has helped me a lot.. ok the tips don't have some crazy quality but I didn't expect anything better for this price.. they do their job just fine..
It's time for me to evaluate the drill driver that I have had for 3 years... it broke yesterday... considering that I have used it a total of 60 times in the 3 years, purely for easy screwing and unscrewing because I'm lazy to use a screwdriver when I'm fixing something in my garage... far away... it burned out as I was trying to screw a wooden floor with a drill bit to secure it firmly... now I'm looking for another brand...
One of the worst tools I have ever purchased. Excessively fake and plastic with zero durability. I have tried and purchased many different brands over the years due to work, yet this particular one I only used at home for amateur use because it was clear from the beginning that it was not meant for more. Its battery doesn't hold at all. With a little more money, it's better to go for something more quality like Dewalt, Bosch, or Makita. But if you don't want to spend more money, it's better to go for something like Bormann. Much better. Whatever you choose, make sure it's not this one
Fake product, plastic, breaks easily, the chuck unscrews, all the tips are disposable. It's not even good for assembling furniture. The genuine company is BLACK&DECKER, not black + decker which is
With minimal use, it lasted for two years. Suddenly one morning, I went to screw something and it smelled... as soon as I went to charge it, it didn't charge again...
Very good. The only negative thing is the chuck that unscrews very easily. UPDATE: It burned while I was trying to screw in a screw... without being used much.
I am a professional, I bought it for my assistants and for emergencies. It has proven to be a war dog. It has taken falls and hasn't bent anything. It is very powerful and the batteries are decent. It has a more robust construction compared to other older models from the same company. For me, it easily matches Makita, but I am cautious about how long it will last. However, it seems much more high-quality compared to the ones they produced in the last decade, which were like plastic toys.
After 5-6 uses, the chuck got stuck and I can't remove the drill bit... last hole was on a metal surface... it's still under warranty since I've had it for just a year... the after-sales service seems slow as I have to send it via Acs Courier to the Service center in Aspropyrgos and communication is only done through email and phone from their side... I foresee inconvenience... if it gets repaired, I see it highly likely to get stuck again in the future... if I have to pay for the shipping and handling expenses, I will consider what to do.
The product was purchased about a year ago for use inside the house and the various DIY projects that arise from it. For amateur use, I consider it to perform decently and so far it hasn't disappointed me anywhere. Besides, there are already many reviews that analyze its functionality in detail.
The problem that occurred for me due to its rare use was that after about six months, one of the batteries had completely drained and was not charging at all. When I put it in the charger that came with the package, the red indicator light, which indicates a faulty battery, kept flashing continuously. Thanks to the following video from YT (https://youtu.be/mGjSmam2_W8?t=584), I connected the functional battery with the faulty one for 10 minutes, let it cool down for about half an hour because it gets quite hot, and miraculously it started charging normally in the charger.
So, make sure to periodically alternate between using both of your batteries and not leave them idle for too long, to avoid experiencing complete discharge phenomena.
The star that I deduct in my evaluation arises from the fact that the provided charger shows a false indication for a faulty battery and does not start charging when in reality there is no such problem. So, if you encounter an indication for a damaged battery, try this trick that might save you unnecessary expenses!
For a set at €90, it's just fine. I might have preferred the drill to be a bit lighter, but it doesn't cause me any problems. The case is of low quality. Good variety in drills and bits. If I encounter an issue, I will come back, but for now, I have no regrets. It does my job and then some.
Update #1 I use it much more often now than when I first got it. The case might have seemed and perhaps is low quality, but surprisingly it hasn't suffered any damage and is still in perfect condition. The drill does not disappoint; it does exactly what it promises and then some. Sometimes I really push it, but it has come through for me. The bits are excellent in terms of quality; even under very heavy use, they don't wear out, nor do they strip screws. One of the most value purchases I have made.
I put in 4 and a half holes and some screws and the battery died. The drill unscrews under pressure. At some point, a screw fell while I was drilling. I will check in the morning to see where it came from. It doesn't say anything in general though
I received it as a gift from two friends, along with the toolbox and the set of bits. Overall, I can say that it is very good for amateur use! A great advantage now is the lithium batteries! It has sufficient power and strength for almost all household tasks.
The negatives I would say are:
- The drill bits with a round back do not tighten very well on it. No matter how much I tighten the chuck, they slip unlike a Makita of the same category that I have. If you have hexagonal back drill bits, you're fine.
- During heavy use, I noticed that the plastic parts seemed to "open up" and become crooked. I tightened all the screws with a manual screwdriver a little bit, and now everything is fine.

One of the best drills I have bought, especially the battery that I can charge my phone with. This model has a metal gearbox and is more durable than the previous plastic model
I have it for a month. The best thing I have ever caught and worked with (always as a hobby). Also, the case is worth every penny! Strong, I have worked with it on brick, wood, and ytong.
Powerful machine that behaves like a corded drill. It's worth its money, especially if you get it on sale. The only note is that you will need slightly better drill bits than the ones provided in the set. Especially when it comes to wood or tiles, they will do the job but not as well. The only thing it struggles with is concrete.
First of all, I won it in a contest, I didn't buy it.
You can't expect it to do what a $200 Dewalt does, you get what you pay for.
It's a simple tool for amateur work
The most useless thing I have ever bought... Every time I use it, it breaks (last time the chuck was loose and made holes bigger than it should, now the motor broke and stops with my hand). I send it back to the company and they send me another one until of course I go out of warranty and stay with the chuck in my hand. STAY AWAY. Prefer something more expensive and reliable. I spend more time fixing it than doing work... It's not even good for a coffee mixer :-)!
It may be for amateur use, but it is not supposed to struggle to screw a 5x80 wood screw into wood. If it struggles (let's say for a minute), it blocks the chuck and you need pliers to unscrew it. Very bad purchase, a waste of 90 euros...
I had bought it in 2018 for about €65 on offer with the bits but without the case for semi-professional use and I am completely satisfied. Its battery lasts as long as when it was new, it has made countless holes and screws in walls and furniture, it has gotten dusty, it has fallen down, it is parked without a case in a basement with humidity and yet it is unstoppable, a valuable tool for the amateur mainly I would say as with 40 Nm max power you can do 90% of the drilling and screwing tasks in your house that may occur. I have had it happen with its torque to break a screw in a wall. On the negative side, I would say that it struggles significantly with screws, its battery does not have the remaining energy lights and also once I pressed it hard and it smelled but I left it to cool down and everything was fine. VfM
Very good tool, once again highlighting the reliability of this specific company. I use it for amateur purposes, but it has proven to be particularly sturdy so far.
Nice little machine with plenty of goodies (2nd battery and tips/drills).
It will show if it's worth its money after a few months of use, but for now, I am satisfied.
