  Very good for its price. I attached a phone and a video camera (with an extra screw that I bought) and it could handle the weight of both even at maximum extension of the stick. The Bluetooth is also excellent, easily connected to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. The only negative (but it doesn't bother me) is that the casing that attaches the Bluetooth controller is elastic and the controller can easily come off without you realizing it sometimes.

The Hot shoo (the head with the screw) is particularly useful. It can indeed hold a small camera with an integrated lens. The thread on the handle base can be screwed onto a tripod or tripod stand. With the total length fully extended, it comfortably holds up to 400 grams in weight. The locking keys, with relative caution, are reliable.
