Very bad choice! Wasted money. I've had it for 2 years and while at first it was very powerful and I thought it was worth buying, progressively it has lost performance. I have cleaned it wherever possible, I have washed it and then replaced both of its filters and its performance continues to be extremely low. What a shame!

The vacuum cleaner works very well as long as the filters and the dustbin are clean, but over time the holes in the dustbin start to get clogged, resulting in the need for general cleaning/washing.

In addition, the filters need to be cleaned every 2-3 uses, as it quickly loses its performance due to the dust it collects.

As for the build quality, it is relatively mediocre to low. One of the wheels is crooked, causing it to "shake" during movement, one of the two handles on the lid of the dustbin broke within 3 months, causing the lid to fall during emptying, and the "hook/support" that holds the hose upright (which is made of plastic) has been worn/damaged and now falls off occasionally.

Since it was purchased, it had a permanent problem of not sucking! It never did its job. Now we are looking for another one

It has all the negatives of a vacuum cleaner, after a month that I just got it (I bought it in the first week of December 2022), I'm already considering buying a new one.

The vacuum cleaner has many attachments and at first it is very powerful, however over time its performance starts to decline drastically, resulting in not sucking anything at all. On the downside, the bin attaches with two small "teeth" that can easily break if not careful, and its filter is impossible to clean completely.

Worse than I could imagine that is available in a vacuum cleaner.. The performance is terrible, the main component broke very quickly, the shape is very uncomfortable, and as for storage and cleaning, the bin is difficult to empty (although I don't have experience with other vacuum cleaners with a bin) and you also have to clean the hose that the attachment goes into because it collects dust.. I consider the price to be extremely high for the performance/quality, even if they gave it to me for free, I wouldn't take it.. If they paid me again, I would think about it..

Do not buy it, I have had it for almost 1 and a half years, one sole has already broken, one wheel as well, and overall very poor quality plastic. I replaced the sole and it has actually stopped sucking up from much earlier.

It is quiet, it is easy to handle. It has 3 large and 2 small attachments for simple uses. It does an incredible job and serves me incredibly. It has tremendous sensitivity, of course, in the bin, it needs "care" because it easily comes out of its position. But everything is so good that I forgive her for it :)

Every time you empty the bin, you open two plastic clips that are unacceptable thin and of poor quality (which are necessary to close well because they are the only thing that keeps the bin in airtight contact with the rest of the vacuum cleaner). They broke within 2 weeks, resulting in it not sucking at all. Furthermore, the recess it has for hanging the vacuum cleaner's handle on the body is also made of the same plastic and it broke as well. The vacuum cleaner was powerful when it worked well, but the quality of the plastics is terrible. Look for another one.

I have it since 2016. No problems so far. Small and flexible, the motor is still perfect. You can wash the detachable drum and the filters. The only wear is on the plastic handle that has stuck to the long setting.

Good vacuum cleaner requires attention when emptying the bin in the attachment and detachment. You can solve and clean the brush attachment for the hairs. The noise is so-so, the filters last a long time, I have had it for two years and haven't changed the filters yet, I just wash them. If there is something, blow the bin occasionally, it's good. Unfortunately, I regret a lot that I bought it because the handle that empties the bin broke very quickly and - extremely important in a vacuum cleaner - it is very heavy. But the worst part is that when the bin gets full and even though we empty it, we have to hit it to unclog the small holes it has as a supposed filter in its engine. Not at all convenient, it has frustrated 2 people in the house who handled it besides me as it often stops sucking. I would strongly discourage anyone who wants to buy a new vacuum cleaner. I went to search for another vacuum cleaner in the country house and the first thing I thought was that it should NOT be like this particular one, such a failure.

Updated: I was forced to get another one, this one was given for recycling, I didn't even dare to give it to someone even though it was working.

Very powerful vacuum cleaner, it sucks up everything and it is quiet! The attachments are very practical. Very satisfied with this purchase, I highly recommend it!

The first impression is very good.
It has enough accessories, relatively quiet (compared to the previous one I had), its plastics could be better but the rest on the market do not have better quality either. The nozzles, if placed correctly, do not come off. Its wheels and sliding between furniture are very good and without tiring. Beautiful, small and lightweight. Very satisfied.

I had high expectations reading the user reviews but I was disappointed.... the worst purchase.... also, the component that is supposed to be durable for pets broke immediately.... as a replacement, it costs 35 euros.... unacceptable!

POSITIVES:
Very powerful! It has an attachment for carpets and hard floors, and if you want, you can do deep cleaning on carpets with the other attachment that removes hair and other things that you didn't know were there! It's also easy to remove the dust bin and empty it with the long hose. It also comes with other attachments, even for pet hair.

NEGATIVES:
1) It doesn't store upright but vertically, so it takes up a lot of space considering the hose needs space too.
2) It doesn't suck up liquids.
3) The intensity cannot be adjusted by a circular button, BUT there is an intermediate solution to reduce the suction power through a sliding option on the hose.

It is a powerful vacuum cleaner but the problem lies in the brushes, their construction somewhat hinders its absorbency. Additionally, it does not have an intensity adjustment.

It is definitely a quiet and powerful vacuum cleaner with many attachments in its package. The only thing left is for its plastic parts to withstand the constant emptying of its trash bin. It definitely requires frequent cleaning like all vacuums.

It's worth every € you will spend on it. I have had it for 3 years and it sucks up everything, and of course, I'm saved because it doesn't have a bag compared to others that do...!!!!

I decided to try a bagless vacuum cleaner for a change. Result: complete disappointment. In combination with the fact that it is fixed and not adjustable in power, it is simply a larger electric kitchen sweeper. Particularly annoying is the inability to satisfactorily clean carpets. The accessories, lightweight and "cheap," do not meet household cleaning standards. The bin, due to its cyclonic motion, constantly clogs and does not suck well. The filters do a good job, but when you need to wash it with water, it never dries, takes a long time, and ends up smelling musty. I will not buy such a vacuum cleaner again. A powerful vacuum cleaner with a bag, adjustable power, and dry bread is what I will purchase

The vacuum cleaner is very mediocre! Yes, it doesn't have dust, but it doesn't suck very well either!!! Its materials are cheap and very fake.... Some say that it lifts carpets... Maybe it does lift them, but it's not very powerful! Be careful, if you don't clean the front part, it won't suck at all. I had forgotten that it had a filter there and it wouldn't suck for me... Other than that, it's good. Yes, it doesn't have a bag and there's no need to spend money on bags... Storage is easy, but be careful not to pull too hard on the hose because there's a chance it might break where the vacuum cleaner is connected.

I was expecting a good vacuum for its price but it was disappointing! The handle frequently comes off while you're vacuuming, it doesn't suck up the hair and lint from clothes, etc. from the carpet and you have to persist in the same spot for an hour and often pick them up with your hands. It sucks up the dust from the tiles well! Very good that it has a bin and filters. I wouldn't buy it again!

In just a few months of use, it stopped sucking. I am looking for the receipt for warranty, but I don't know if there is a service center in Heraklion. I will come back.
