    It is not comfortable but it will probably be durable, as hard as it is, but it definitely does not offer comfort! The sole is hard, so if it is not applied correctly to the foot, it does more damage. The foam ball it has on the heel is like it doesn't exist as soon as you step on it! A lot of marketing for nothing! For me, it's a waste of money!

The sole is thick and you should already have thick insoles in your shoe to replace them or already wear a half size larger shoe for the new insole to fit well on your foot, otherwise the shoe will feel tight.. As an insole, it is excellent and has a very soft step

    They are worth their money, the only thing you need to know is that if you wear size 43 with insoles, it will be 42.5 or it will be tight for you, unless there is a thick sole in the shoes you wear and it will be okay!
