I have been using it for about five years.
It should not get too hot, around the middle and a little before 90 to 100 degrees, if it goes up it should cool down.
Poor quality plastics.

It has no rating 0, so I give it 1 star. The machine is not worth it even as a gift, poor quality plastic, it sounds so loud that you think it's broken, the "coffee" is just water in black colors, really for throwing away, I made the mistake and believed the comments.. stay away!!!!

The only disadvantage I noticed is that when you remove and insert the group, because it is not heavy construction, you have to hold the machine parallel. However, I think it is ideal for home use. Its group is large enough to accommodate a tamper for pressing the coffee! Great and with fantastic design!!
