In the positives:
The mask truly leaves your hair light and elastic from the first uses, and I also noticed shine, something I have never seen in my hair before, which usually looked dull. However, it doesn't help with frizz (at least for curly hair).
It has relatively pure ingredients, without parabens, silicones, etc.In the negatives:
From the first times I applied it, I experienced terrible dryness, dandruff, and itching on my scalp, which I can't seem to treat no matter how hard I try.
The scent is unpleasant. At first, when you open it, it deceives you and smells like tropical fruit, but very soon a foul odor emerges. Some people are more tolerant of this, but if you have a sensitive nose and are easily bothered, I wouldn't recommend it. Especially since you have to leave it on your head for 7 minutes.

Its effectiveness is proven after several uses, although from the beginning the hair is soft and easy to comb, after 2 months of use I notice deep hair repair, elasticity, and shine.
