  Amazing!! It really does a great job. Its nozzle is short so it doesn't go deep enough to irritate or hurt the little nose. Also, it is very soft, probably made of silicone. You don't need to constantly buy replacements, it cleans easily with water and is ready to go again. We have tried two other brands that are available in pharmacies but guys, this is the best. You always have it with you, you don't worry about running out of replacements and most importantly... it sucks!!!!!
