    I unplug it and see that its power supply has overheated extremely.

    By coincidence, I had the same power plug from a laptop, guys it works 4 times stronger and hotter.

    The power supply they provide is terrible. Put in a new good one and you will see a different machine.

    It's really strong and it really helps massage all the tough areas.
    I have multiple units, so I took one apart and aside from the motor and main shaft, everything is made of cheap plastic. The motor is really strong, so if you press on it, the motor will not stop, it will put quite a bit of power trying to keep rotating but the plastic gears will not be able to handle the torque. The plastic gears begin to melt and their teeth break when the unit heats up and it heats up alright. I am planning on replacing the plastic gears with custom made metal ones and then this cushion will last forever. (or at least until I find out what is the next thing to break)
    So overall, if you are going to buy it, make sure to buy like 3 or 4 at once so you can save on the delivery and be ready to change them often.
    The unit I have lasted exactly one week.
