The PEY instant water heater features all the standard functions you would expect from an electronically controlled device. The rotary selector allows you to quickly set your desired temperature through the analog temperature scale.
With electronic control, the water temperature is continuously monitored. This eliminates temperature fluctuations and water preheating time. Additionally, it ensures precise water temperature up to maximum performance, turning the shower into an enjoyable experience - every time.
The instant water heater is a type of water heater that heats water in real-time. It only heats the water that passes through it at that moment. There is no hot water storage tank. This has many advantages, such as energy savings, since only the water that is used is heated, and longer lifespan, as there is no water tank and no accumulation of salts on the resistance and other components.
It operates with electricity and is three-phase, meaning a three-phase power supply is required.
The instant water heater has a cold water inlet pipe, which passes through the resistance, heats up, and exits through the hot water outlet pipe. A necessary condition for the instant water heater to initially operate is the pressure of the cold water inlet should not be too low.
The water temperature is regulated by a thermostat, so it does not exceed a maximum value. The temperatures reached by the hot water are pre-set so that one can use the hot water directly, without needing to mix it with cold water.
The maximum temperature that can be reached for hot water production is 60 °C, while the maximum water flow rate reaches up to 12.6 liters per minute. Indicatively, 38-42 °C degrees are standard for shower use.

Very big difference from the one I had. As soon as I open the faucet, I have hot water with a stable temperature. I know that I will go under it and it will not suddenly freeze. I won't be begging it to warm up again when I close the faucet and open it again while waiting with soap in my eye. I highly recommend it!
So I bought it new in May and after eight months it stopped bringing hot water. The installations were done by professional electricians and plumbers. The machine was working fine with the correct settings and voltage. The reason is that since it is three-phase, it should have its own fuse and a new cable, do not try to connect it to another one unless you have a large current and a good fuse. The problem was that when I called the company I bought it from, they took no responsibility and gave me the dealership's phone number. I can't say anything nice about the dealership, but the problem is that they won't replace the machine even if it has a warranty because theoretically it's the users' fault and not the factory's. For the water here in Greece, especially in the north, you should install filters and a magnetic one for particles, so that you can control the pH of the water. I do not recommend it for Greece, one reason being that if you want to install a voltage stabilizer, it will help a lot because it plays a very important role if you don't have a stable power supply, it will burn the resistors from the inside, as it happened to me, you will have to pay extra from your pocket to get it fixed and also the shipping costs, not to send it but when you receive it, if the damage has been caused by you. It is a good machine, it provides very hot water, but it is not economical in terms of electricity, you should know that it causes problems if you connect it to a central supply, you must definitely install filters or if you have a water softener device. It doesn't matter if you get the water from a private source or from the network in your area, I'm sorry but it's not worth the money, it's so expensive and I recommend you not to proceed with this purchase for Greece, save more money and install at least a 200 l solar water heater with two mirrors, with proper maintenance you will save yourself.
Purchased in 11/2024, I have been using it for about 1 month and I am incredibly satisfied.
It was purchased because the solar system of the house has an excessively large tank, making it difficult and time-consuming/costly to heat the water quickly for bathing.
It was installed in the bathroom above the shower faucet using some different fittings to accommodate the direction of the plumbing connections.
I used a 6mm cable and a 40A type C fuse.

Recent purchase after research. The water heats up in 5 seconds in the main supply and is easily adjustable from 30 to 60 degrees. It is absolutely silent and requires electrical installation by a 3-phase electrician. Overall, it is excellent and highly recommended.
