I was taking a magnesium citrate from Solgar, but since each capsule was huge, 200mg each (I take 500 mg), it was a bit of a problem without any side effects. I took this one (500 mg per capsule), but from the first time I took it (1 hour before sleeping), the next day I woke up with a headache. I took a break for two days and took it again, and again I got a headache. I started again with Solgar, no problem. At one point, I took a capsule from Natural Vitamins, again headache. I didn't use it again. UPDATE: I bought the magnesium glycinate from YGIA (Cypriot company) 630mg and I was saved! Deep sleep and incredible energy all day without crashes in the afternoon after lunch for the past two weeks that I've been taking it.

I didn't see any difference in my body like with another company that made a difference from the first use! And they are also 500! The rating concerns the quality of the product. The delivery and response from skroutz was perfect! I think that there are products even closer (Europe for example) that do a much better job! Just my opinion!
