The only thing it does is soften the callus, then we have to work on it ourselves, otherwise miracles don't happen. So, you put it on for 2 days, it softens and then you cut whatever can be cut with the scissors and rub it with a pumice stone. Then you do the same again, apply a patch and after 2 days you work on it. That's what I did and it worked in my case.
