Heats up quite quickly and is quite powerful. I wear it over a hoodie and a short-sleeve shirt, on the 4th level out of 6, and it's very good. The fabric is very soft. The cable is quite long, over 2 meters. Very practical that you can disconnect it from the side of the vest if you need to move away to do some work. So, you don't need to unplug it and you aren't forced to carry the cable and the controller with you. When it operates, it doesn't emit any unpleasant smell like most heated items do. -1 star because it doesn't fit well on the shoulders and because the collar doesn't have any material inside to heat up.

Due to its large surface area, it also covers the surrounding area, and its material is very skin-friendly. At first, set it to 6 to reach temperature and then to 1 or 2; it has a long cord, so I can comfortably sit at home at my desk on the computer with it for as long as needed.

3 stars because:
1. The "collar" it has for the neck is small in height, it does not hug it securely, and you have to hold the edges so that it does not open and you lose the little warmth it reaches there. In essence, it does NOT warm it up...!!!
2. The heat it produces takes a while to reach the max and when it does, it is not much.
3. The overall fit on the neck, back, and shoulders is not very good. You have to hold it in some way on yourself in order to have continuous warmth (this little bit).

Purchased for 32 euros, It does more than what it claims. At the highest setting (it has 6 settings), it heats up in 1-1.5 minutes at most, and the heat it produces is really intense. The total length of the cable is about 3 meters, so you don't need to sit very close to a power outlet or search for an extension cord.
For "permanent" use, I initially put it on the sixth setting to warm up, and then on the first or second setting to maintain the warmth. I use it over a thin shirt, but even if you wear it over clothes, you will feel the warmth (not at the same intensity, of course, as it is logical).
Its fabric is fleece and very soft, while it covers the entire shoulder area from the back. The front parts do not heat up, and it may "tighten" your neck a little if you close it in the front with the button it has. However, I don't close it, and it stands perfectly fine like that.
When you want to store it, wait for it to cool down well first, and be very careful when folding it, so as not to "squeeze" the wires. Personally, I highly recommend it.
