Fantastic machine that my barber recommended to me. It is not only for details but also for regular shaving and even quite deep. It has never cut/injured me. I take care of it and have bought a special oil for lubrication after each use (a small bottle is included in the package). If this one breaks again, I will buy it again.

For me, it is a very good machine for shaving. Two years now that I have been using it in my barber shop, it has not given me any problems. It does not injure like other ones, the battery is fine and the cutter works without any problems at all.

I don't remember how many machines I have bought for trimming from different brands. They all ended up either with a broken blade mechanism, a battery that doesn't charge, or a broken machine.
I have had this machine for about 1 year for amateur use. It is truly flawless. I know it will withstand time because my barber has the exact same machine and has been using it for at least 3 years.

WARNING! The first few times you use it, the blades cut like a razor! Be very careful if you do deep trimming, you might cut yourself.

The machine is simply terrible. I am a professional hairdresser. If you use it to cut vertically (from top to bottom), it works fine. But if you make the mistake of trying to cut horizontally (from bottom to top) with the machine, along with the hair, you will also cut the client's skin because it clings incredibly to the SKIN and not the hair. Stay away

20 days after the purchase, it stopped working. Let me show some generosity and say that these things happen.
However, InterTech (representative of Panasonic) drained my soul. It's as if they didn't want to take responsibility and kept postponing the replacement process.
Finally, after 25 days and after intense pressure from me (many phone calls and even visiting their offices), they sent it back to me repaired!
The responsibility lies solely with Panasonic, who has chosen to have these representatives in Greece and doesn't give you any opportunity to communicate with their headquarters in Europe. No matter how much I searched, I couldn't find an email to send complaints to the headquarters. Wherever you go, it redirects you to Greece.
In conclusion:
Stay away.

I think it's only good for cleaning the beard and nothing for detailing.
For trimming on the beard that I wanted, it doesn't have power and sometimes it pulls a hair...

I use it professionally in my shop and I am satisfied!
It is a cleaning machine (for the neck and all around)
It does its job perfectly with a powerful motor!
