The Dalamaras Winery is the continuation of a tradition that began before the middle of the previous century. The family's experience in the wine industry is extensive, as in 1840 Ioannis Georgiou Dalamaras created his first vineyard in Naoussa. Since then, the family has been inextricably linked to viticulture, production, and wine sales.

The vineyard has been under organic cultivation since 1996, and since 2008, efforts have been made to use biodynamic practices. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 250-350 meters, and most of it is planted in clay-limestone soil.
